Dude, I am huge on consent. I had a drunk crazy chick 3 weeks ago who came over to my house on the first date-the whole way there she kept saying" I consent to everything, do whatever you want to me!". Sounds like a great night right? Hell no!

We get to the crib and the cloths come off and she is hot as hell , a Miami 8/10. We get to aggressively fucking and she cannot handle the intensity (she was 5'3 wearing platform shoes that made her look 5'10- I am 6'5) and every 5 min she would tap out for a break. This girl's ass was amazing-and she let me hit doggie for 8 stokes and then taped out and would not let me hit doggie again all night. We stopped and started again like 15 times until I said "Fuck it" and went to sleep. If she was not so hot I would have given up after she made me stop the 3rd time. That entire experience was let down-but when a girl says stop, I fucking stop.

Yep, if she's at all visibly drunk just don't do it. If she seems confused, or losing things, or doesn't know where she is she may be drunk/having bad drug interactions/on another drug. Just say no.

Usually they feel bad and are more than happy to make it up to you in the morning if you end up at your place already or the next date. If not, bullet dodged most likely in multiple ways.

You could also say that if the guy is drunk, he can't be held accountable for banging a drunk girl!! It gets complicated!

That last point brings me to how I 'kind of' manage this situation.

Basically, the more sober I am and the more I can 'tell' a girl is drunk, the less likely I am to bang her. I passed up what would have been one of my hottest lays a month or so back. 18 year old girl I opened in a bar, half my age. Blonde, pretty face. Slim. But I was only about 3 drinks in, and she was slurring her words and had people she knew asking if she was OK! Alarm bells. At one point, she basically ask me to bang her (she also had a boyfriend!!). I had to eject. Still stings! It just felt too rapey!

However, another time, a year or so back (actually, this WAS the hottest girl i've ever banged). Again, another teenager literally half my age. When I met her, I was pretty damn drunk so I didn't really notice how drunk she was. She opened me and kissed me. This was a lottery win baring in mind how young and stunning she was and how ugly and old I am!! lol. Went back to her parents house and banged. But when I woke up in the morning, I realised that this teen girl was very drunk as half memories came back to me of her stumbling around and stuff. I wouldn't have done it if I wasn't hammered myself!

If a visibly drunk person comes into a convenience store late at night, and buys $300 of potato chips, was that customer too drunk to consent to such a purchase? Did the owner/clerk steal from him?

No of course. As long as the person can coherently and independently conduct the transaction ie: walk, grab the chips, put them on the register, pull out his money and pay - all good.

If you owned a store, how drunk would a person have to be before you refused him service? A bit tipsy? Stumbling around? Unable to form coherent sentences but kind of getting the point across he wants 3 six packs of Mountain Dew? That should be the metric where you decide not taking advantage of someone, even if they are "asking for it", because it's simply not dignified for you or the other person. Theres no clear answer.

Because if you didn't actually rape her she will respond with something positive that shows it wasn't rape.
