You certainly have a high notch count for the right reasons. I unfortunately started off with the wrong reasons. Ego validation, proving to myself and to the world (who doesn't give a shit anyways) that I wasn't some loser and I was capable of banging lots of girls. When I was close to hitting 100, I remember banging some girls that were at best a 5 or 6 just to increase the notch count. Wouldn't even be turned on by these girls and the moment my dick went inside it was a transactional notch I can count to my list. That's a disgusting way of going about sex and I'm glad I grew out of that and got over it. And, almost paradoxically, hitting that stupid goal and the journey towards it is what taught me of the stupidity of it. I'm also very lucky I didn't get any crazy STDs (I raw dogged a lot of these girls) and didn't get some ugly fat bitch pregnant. Keep in mind, there were some really hot girls that I banged (likely from pure luck / application of numbers game, as I couldn't retain any as fuck buddies) but they were more the exception than the norm.

Interesting theory, my notch count is 100+ and I'm 26. I had my dick in around 30 different women last year up until August and for the first time a switch went in my head where I didn't want to sleep with anymore new women, there were a few reasons behind that, which I won't go into right now.

I had no intention of settling down for years because after all, I'm 26 and my SMV is only going up but I have found a girl that makes me want to take a step back from banging girls all over the place and reflect. Triple digit notch count here, early 30's, worked 7 days a week for 5 years, still had a social life, and was also in a 2 year LTR.

When I first got into game the quality and quantity was there, even with a few low hanging fruit.

You already these women, what they're about, and how they act.

The way I solved this (for the most part) is setting expectations on when I will communicate. I usually limit check-ins/replies to around noon. I rarely ever respond or message at night unless she sends a sexy photo or it's the night before we're going to meet. It's also good not to let them get in the habit of chatting with you everyday. Essentially, you have to discipline them in order to make your life easy. They'll go nuts at first, but they get used to it.

Also, each girl's availability is different. There are some you will see every week and others you only see every 2-4 weeks.

I have a friend, with whom I rarely keep in touch. That guy was the first natural player I got to know. During his early 30's, he was blinded by the bunch of low quality plates he was spinning, and missed out on an actual 8 from a stable, very well off family, who was young (some 10 years younger) and wanted to settle down with him. All what that girl wanted was a commitment. He never got to meet such a unicorn again.

My belief is that a men needs to gather experience and know how to approach and push for the "sale". Just like a good salesperson, who can close the sale without the client even realizing it. I have tried plates, but here are my problems with them:

1) too much work juggling and remembering all the different scenarios, and not fucking up
2) Can't really accept having to lie and cheat to them
3) Can't accept that they are swallowing other dudes loads and coming over to kiss me with that mouth
4) Can't deal with multiple sets of drama
5) A decent woman around your SMV is not going to accept being ignored and she will know you are banging others. She will dump you. PLates need to be a few points lower SMV, and who wants to bang women a few points lower than you can get?

@RatInTheWoods, several unfounded assumptions there. Many women have low sex drive and low energy (because their career takes all their energy) and are happy with sex once a week or even once a month or two.
