With that new super strain of gonnorrhea going around, I don't think sharing scooters with strangers is a good idea.

The first time I saw one of those things was at the end of October last year. A chinese lady almost hit me and then fell. I was pretty annoyed with people riding these things, mostly tourists, because they would go in the sidewalks and would park anywhere. Then I saw two kids buzzing through traffic in this downhill road, I though it looked fun, so I tried it and I have to be frank, I loved it.

Nowdays, at the end of the day I sometimes ride one of these things for about 7,5 km to one of the main train stations. It's great fun, I use the bike lanes, the main road, and yes, sometimes the sidewalk, no rules, no helmet, it's just fun.

Yet these things spurred a lot of controversy in my city, many people hate them, which is understandable, and there are some talks of making it illegal, but the City Hall is keen on the scooters and after the Police fined some people for not wearing an helmet, it even came forward saying the helmet it's not required, and presented the proper law in that regard, so now the Police can't do jack shit about it and you can go as you please.

Easy. Just look at some girl you fancy while you're both in it and wave to her, if she waves back, your on. Go beside her and start talking, 'what's the best way' 'how fun is this' etc.

Never scored though, but I did made some acquaintances.

Sometimes you might even get approached as you are unblocking, or you can do the otherwise, if you notice a hot girl on her way to unblocking one, just get there prior to her or at the same time and go from there...

At least obese whales wont have them and Segways are as rare as a Toronto virgin. Those things can go pretty fast and should not be on the pavement and if some cunt hit me then they wont have one for long.

If you can score one (meaning there are some available to rent), they're a great way to check out a new town you're traveling in and commute from point A to point B.
