Name of the episode is "Raising the Bar." You might try watching it on southparkstudios.com instead of hulu.

Another episode I'd highly recommend is the 2-part "Cartoon Wars" which raises issues of free speech (though most people seem to remember that as the episode that disses Family Guy).

Others:

"Death Camp of Tolerance" which involves Mr. Garrison trying to get fired for sexual perversion so he can sue the school for discrimination. People continue bending over backwards to be as tolerant as possible of Garrison's increasingly bizarre perversions.

"The Ring" Kenny, after being excited by rumors that his girlfriend is a slut, has his game thwarted by the new "purity ring" fad. Episode includes Mickey Mouse beating the shit out of the Jonas Brothers and the Jonas Brothers shooting hot white foam onto the faces of their girl fans.
