It is very simple, actually. You just need to follow the "One Drop Rule".

What that rule says, in short, is that if you're have significant black ancestry (even as low as just 1/8th or 12.5%), you're considered black.

It's the same in the UK. Anyone with a white parent considers themselves as mixed race. They get offended if you refer to them as black. However, the UK also treats anyone with visible black ancestry as a black person.

1. I haven't posted any white girls in here.
2. I have posted plenty of Afro-Latinas here already, and will continue to do so.
3. Phenotypical appearance is rarely an accurate indicator of genetic admixture in individuals from within populations that have seen frequent racial mixing.
I can post girls who "look half-black" to you, but I couldn't guarantee that they actually were.

I'm gonna leave it at that. I don't feel like arguing about this.
