I had a 20-year old ex who was obsessed with her 45-year old high school teacher, despite that teacher being:

A) Short and ugly
B) Gamma with violent tendencies
C) Financially unstable

Even a few years after they dated and he cheated on her, she was still willing to see him anytime and even used to daydream about marrying him (!!!).

I'm not saying that being violent is the only way to attract a much younger girl with daddy issues, but that case truly opened my eyes regarding female dating preferences.

Without going into enough detail to doxx the situation, a local college had a professor with law enforcement experience die of substance abuse some years ago. He was overweight, walked with a cane, and I suspect he faked some of his credentials. Dude was probably 50.

It's been nearly a decade, and one of his students is just now pushing 30, still posts pictures grieving his death on social media almost monthly, and rarely, if ever, of her husband or children.

This age gap is on the higher end for her age, but not bad really.

I imagine this guy has a very unique personality.

Most guys don't realize how rare it is to really stick out, be it personality, look/edginess, social skill, or other unique skill.

Funnily enough it's not really especially hard to do so. Sure, it takes some time, energy/dedication, but it's not ALL that hard especially in the age of people addicted to their smartphones and not having all that much truly unique/interesting to say.

My last LTR was under 10 year age gap and people would question me from time to time.

Right now I'm working with a 10-15 year age gap in the women I'm dating but I've also lost some weight and am in some of the best shape of my life so it feels natural and I get questioned less.

Good for them focusing on being happy.

It’s certainly an outlier, but if you’re an older guy and come across one of these extremely rare opportunities, you obviously pounce on it. A chubby bus driver doesn’t land an above average looking girl half his age all that often.

I'd say she's around a 5. That means there are plenty of 6-ish men from age 20-30 who'd be willing to put in an effort for her. Not saying you're wrong about her self-esteem issues; based on what we know about her, there's clearly something going on, either self-image or daddy issues. And yeah it's probably sheer luck that allowed the guy to capitalize.

I think that rather than disowning their daughter, the parents should look in the mirror and ask where they went wrong (whatever issues she has are likely their fault).

Unlike you fit young bucks I actually have some experience being the fat-fuck older guy dating much younger girls. This is 100 percent daddy issues and I would be very surprised if her dad is not a big guy as well. Any situation where a girl can observe you and grow comfortable socially has a better chance than a cold approach.
If he cold approached her and started hitting on her somewhere else she wouldve rejected harshly. But he was able to game her with casual conversation everyday that put no pressure on her and had plausible deniability as he was just doing his job. Kind of like a bouncer or bartender.

The older I get, the more I believe that people's morals and standards have no meaning. Most people just believe whatever is trendy at the time -- and that mostly comes from the media and schools.

Had this been a younger guy with an older woman, the family probably would have been throwing parties, since that type of pairing is in vogue now. As for me, well, all my ideas about life come from the golden age of pop music, 1960-1990.
