I wouldn't say feminist women and SJW's despise awkward men. Most feminist men, beta men, virgins, video game computer nerds, whatever you want to call them, are awkward as fuck and feminist women find them non-threatening and welcome them in.

You can make a claim that feminist women hate masculine men, but most of the time, that's only true when it's online or when people are looking.

That's one of things I wrote about many years ago on here. When a masculine man wants to be successful with women, he doesn't need to run away from a feminist town. He needs to run toward it. Biology trumps feelings and emotions -- always. Suppose you are in a club and there stands 50 fat white women. What happens when a beautiful latina with hair down to her big round ass and huge tits, walks though the door. Watch the eyes of every man in that club as she walks by.

And that is exactly what happens when a masculine man shows up in a feminist town. All eyes are on him, and the 50 other panzees drinking their latte disappear.

Barney isn't at the masculine stage yet but he can take advantage of being non-threatening and being welcomed into social circles with other people who have problems just like him. And then he can make progress on himself and branch out as his masculinity and confidence develops.

I assure you if anyone on this forum is an expert on Boulder, it would be me, since I live here and have lived here for a very long time.

This is mostly off topic, but I lived in Boulder (Martin Acres, Boulder Heights, North Boulder) for many years starting in 2005 with some short stints in Broomfield and Longmont as well. Perhaps it's taken a dramatic turn towards the genuine since I left. To bring it back on topic, I think OP would get eaten alive there based on my experience. More importantly he needs to change himself before changing his location.

The answers you’re looking for have little to do with anything external such as “dating marketplace “ almost singularly between your ears.

It’s easy to tell that your inner dialogue is off.

The only person any of us ever talks to 24/7 is ourselves. Without proper neuro linguistics ( inner dialogue) it’s impossible to achieve the things we want. Think of your inner dialogue as your operating system. You need to upgrade your OS.

The good news is that there are real and effective ways to that
