I think obsessing on the world's problems for too long leads you down a darkening alleyway that eventually bottoms out with suicide (if you turn inward) or extremism like this:





For instance, around the time of Gulf War II they did a biography on Saddam and explained that he was an unwanted child and he was made aware of the fact that he was an unwanted child. His cruelty was ultimately an expression of his deep-seated insecurity.

I find myself going through a lot of the same sorts of searching and questioning and frustrations that I hear from Roosh's live chats. However, I sort of "catch" myself when I feel that I'm lapsing too far because, frankly, it doesn't feel good to be stewing in so much negativity all the time. Life is just too short for that.

I have been on the internet since 1993 so I really think the internet has acted to turn the world into a giant hive-mind. The way the mind works is based on fuzzy logic. There's a lot of indecision. Neurons "fight" until one side wins. That's how societies have always functioned but the internet has destroyed decorum and raised the noise-floor. I'm glad I never really jumped on the Twitter bandwagon because that seems to be ground zero where everything takes place, all the way up to Elon Musk and the POTUS. It's the central part of the new commons, and it burns with the heat of a thousand suns. Sometimes it can be harmless, like with memes, and sometimes it can be mob rule, like the #MeToo madness. But it's like this vortex that pulls everyone in to waste a ton of energy arguing with people who will never change their minds.

The trick is to find a way to calmly reject aspects of society that you don't like without getting consumed in the eternal dumpster-fire that epitomizes internet discourse. Tending your own garden, so to speak.

Remember when Roosh was writing articles about stoicism and tao? That's what I'm talking about. Of course, I didn't have my books banned or get stopped in Iceland or anything. But I think for those of us who aren't in the cross-hairs at least, a more stoic approach is probably healthier than getting ever more agitated and outraged and going down conspiracy-theory rabbit-holes.

Is it easier to accept a common enemy than it is to accept that a collapse is within the natural cycle of things? I suppose so. But strength is born out of argument, out of battling insecurities, not being afraid to push the limits.

There is no plan, that's the problem. Back when things were more conservative, governments implemented plans to govern how people lived, for the stability of society. Strict hierarchies in the working world, promotion of family values etc - they all served to create a society of functional workers which mined a nations GDP. People accepted those ideas as being good ideas probably because of religious values and because men were getting slaughtered on mass every 5 years in major wars. It really forced home the fact that fundamental in human nature is a capability for savagery. Its ironic that people today mistake us as reaching some enlightenment of peace; when if history is anything to go by. That the assurance of mutual destruction through nuclear weapons prevents major nations from hostile land/resource grabs every few decades.

Nowadays there is no plan. The world appears safer, but we're suffering the consequences of short sighted idealistic politics that appeals to the worst of human nature. Liberal politicians push policies of immigration and equality because they win voters due to the short term happy feels they invoke. Nowadays, a politician who attempted to preach the values of stability, protection and forgoing vain pleasures within society would be committing political suicide. Your average John Oliver watching voter just doesn't want to hear that people can do bad things and commit harm to others; especially when it goes against their propogandised racial or gender narrative.

Instead they want to see their black president 'drop the mic' so they can feel 'progressive' while having zero responsibility in making it happen. People want 'liberation' of female sexuality for the short term pleasure of having young women free and available for sex, despite the life ruining damages long term. Politicians win votes by giving people what they want, not what they need.

The problem with trying to discern a plan is that most plans have an explicit aim that is at least founded upon the good. Even something like a bank robbery is pursuing the good of wealth through disordered means.

One can safely say that whatever plans are out there, they are not pursuing the end of "Human flourishing and moral excellence." I can't think of any social trend that's pushing for this. The closest we get are Trumpist/Nationalist groups who seek an end to the constant degradation, so that humans will be allowed to pursue virtue or vice at their own behest (very telling about our generation; even those who claim allegiance to virtue are repulsed by any organized hierarchy promoting it).

Now if we abandon the S.P.E.C.T.R.E./C.O.B.R.A. conspiracies which seek something good through a disordered means, and instead consider conspiracies which seek moral evil for the sake of evil itself - things begin to make more sense. The goal is moral decay.

Take the recent attempt at promoting pedophilia, for instance; the idea that children can consent. This one tanked pretty hard, but the goal wasn't child-sex per se; it was the degradation and ruination of innocents. So that plan failed; meet the new plan, child transgenders.

A ruling elite that just wanted to fuck kids would be extremely disordered, but they'd still be pursuing something good at the bottom of the rabbit hole; the pleasure associated with sex. But that's not what they're after. They're pursuing degradation of the soul. That's why the 'plan' doesn't seem to make any sense - there's no 'there' there. There's no explicit goal that would make sense to anybody with an ounce of humanity.

Study the behaviour of narcissists, "People of the Lie" by M. Scott Peck is a good. These people will be self-sacrificingly evil. They will suffer for the sake of making you suffer, to no good end whatsoever.

When you start to look at the 'plan' in this light - no explicit goals, just the degradation and promotion of sin in general - you'll be able to understand why they can shift gears and tactics so readily.

It's no any particular sin that matters - the acceptance of one will lead to the prevalence of the others - so long as we abandon goodness and flourishing. They want slaves because they want slaves, not because they're economically productive.

People in high positions are doing what is beneficial for themselves and their own tribes without much or any regard for what is good for other tribes and they are competing with each other for status within their own tribes. Elite people from opposite ends of the Earth have more in common with each other culturally than they do with the commoners in their respective home countries and surely spend more time dealing with other global elites than they do with commoners who live in the rougher parts of their own cities. Barring some sincere religious compulsion to do so or some genuine fear of supernatural consequences for not doing so, what reason would they have to care about you, an outsider/barbarian whom they will almost certainly never have to interact with in any meaningful way?

Viewed in that light, things make sense and are less mysterious.

This is an interesting subject. I think we all have our own ideas and beliefs on how the world works, who's in charge, what's the agenda, who's ruling us, what's the purpose of life, is there a divine power. The more I read and analyze the world around me, I see the reality as something really complex. We are all very different with individual mindsets and experiences, and that makes each one of us unique. And I believe that's the most fascinating thing about us humans, the fact that each one of us is indeed unique. I believe the more information you gather, and try to make sense of things, the easier is to fall pray to a particular mindset and become somehow ignorant of other perspectives. I can't pretend to have the answers, I'm just a young guy trying to understand by reading and observing, and it's so easy to get lost in different ideologies. This is a really complicated subject, with everyone having diferent views. I'm just gonna leave here my favourite poem from a Romanian writer I admire(translated in english).

My current view: It is not terribly complicated. It is a hard pill to swallow at first but it is not complicated. Certainly not David Icke invisible lizard conspiracy complicated. People are just doing what we have always done. Humans are tribal. Why would they not ration their caring and empathy for those who are closest to them (their own family and tribe) so that they can actually have deep relationships with them and look out for them instead of trying to weakly disperse their energy across the entire globe and, in doing so, forsake their tribe and family and never establish a deep relationship with anyone, all so that they can be more accommodating to outsiders who in all likelihood will not bestow the same courtesy and generosity upon them when they eventually take over because they remained strong and cohesive by not forsaking the ties that bound them.

Take us for example. The fact that we are all on this forum means that we probably share some philosophical and cultural beliefs which we most likely do not share with most other people (especially in the West) and the fact that we have to remain anonymous on this forum for reasons that we are surely all aware of by now suggests that other tribes have no problem at all with hurting us if they find out that we are in a tribe that their warchiefs have declared to be outside of the moral community. On our end, I would suspect that, if somehow put in a position to do so, most of us would probably be more willing to help another forum member than some random Antifa thug for example because the other forum member is at least close to being in our tribe if they are not already in it. Conversely, that same Antifa thug would have no problem smashing your eye socket with a bike lock in front of the entrance to a franchise of some multi-national corporation owned by a faceless committee of people who will never know your name much less give a crap about what just happened to you in their parking lot if they believed they would get away with it. Why would it be different for elites? Why would they not be more willing and likely to help their own as opposed to other random (to them) people like you or I who, in all likelihood, resent them and whose prosperity would either bring them no worldly benefit (or at least not enough benefit to justify the effort) or necessarily mean their own downfall or at least a decrease in their status/power/wealth relative to everyone else, as everyone else moves closer to their station, and the same for the other members of their tribe to whom they probably feel at least somewhat loyal?

This does not at all mean that there is reason to be awful to people who are not in the same group, family, or tribe and common courtesy makes the world go round. It only means that, if things get weird and a choice must be made, the well-being of their own will almost always take priority over the well-being of complete strangers. And, if we are honest with ourselves, we can admit that we would most likely make the same choice for our own. Otherwise, why would they feel loyalty for us or bother expending the effort and time to establish rapport and trust with us to get into our in-group when they could just spend it getting into the in-group of someone else who is more selective and will probably do more for them because they reserve their best efforts for those in their in-group?

Maybe my thoughts on this subject will evolve more over time but this is how I see things at the moment.

Ofcourse there are plans but there are many planners and so it will never go as-planned but things happen nonetheless.

That for me is an unknown path. 5 Years ago Donald Trump wasn't going to be POTUS and Social media wasnt what it is like now but here we are.

What I do know is human nature and what would happen if people couldn't get 3 meals a day, a roof over their head and electricity. A society can tolerate a few under those conditions but as soon as that number skyrockets it is a matter of time until a large scale change occurs.

Look at any riot, even those going on in France right now and just imagine that every day but worse, with dead cops, civilians and military on the streets. Do the powers that be want that? I dont know but from chaos comes order and it would be easier to carve a people up who are fighting each other rather than sticking together.
