Hi Guys.

I have 25 years and i never had success with women maybe because i m too introvert or dont have a good self-esteem physically plus i never had someone that can help me with this area of my life

I'm a little lost... where should I start?

I m from Spain, 1.80cm and 64 kg (Yea... i must gain muscle mass but that is so difficult to me ... )

My character is more introvert than extrovert, during the last years i spend all my time focused in to improve my financial situation and learning about online business and marketing online (and after 5 years i have archived my goal of sold my business and be retired)

So what country would be good for me ?

Someone can chose i.e. Europe if he notices that he attracts blonde girls or if he has a good stereotype of latin guy, tall, olive skin, dark black hair, etc...

You don't give much info about what you know so I will assume that you need to work on the basics (which will get you 80% of the way imho).

Get your hands on at least one book on Game, can be one of Roosh's or something else. You need to do your own research a little bit. Most people start with "The Game" by Neil Strauss. The techniques used in the story are considered outdated to a large extent but it's a good start. Watch some videos on YT, anything by Roosh, watch infields, daygame instructors (Tom Torero has a good way of organizing and delivering content). You can even watch some shows, even though parts of them could be staged (The Pickup Artist with Mystery, Keys to the VIP which is actually pretty entertaining).

If you're a complete newbie and don't have any guys who know their stuff around then reading/watching material is the only way to learn some key concepts. Goes without saying that you will need to start approaching and applying those concepts of course.

Thanks for the replies.

A 10 to me is a blonde girl with clear eyes (I think that in that case just Poland or any other country where can be possible use English)

Asian Girls : I like Japanese girls, but i think that is impossible if you are not fluent in Japanese

A Latina can be a good first option because i m fluent in Spanish


@Cattle Rusler ... you have the reason but in my case, i have found that is most difficult get a girl of spain interested in speak with me than with a Latina or even a Polish or Belarus girl ... Why? I don't know... but Spain is not a good option to start

You need to improve your Game.

Moving to another country only makes things more difficult for you.

As the saying goes: "Grass is always greener on the other side of fence."

I had same problem like you. Believed Dutch girls to be most difficult. Thought Russian girls be much easier to Game.

Then one of these Russian girls made me cry. Right there in front of her. Changed my mind real quick.

Banged a Dutch girl few days later.

I dont necessarily agree on staying where you are.

1- Some places just arent very open sexually.
2- The place you grew up in can impose some barriers on you. Now in an ideal world, youd overcome them all, but realistically youre putting the barrier too high for yourself right off the bat. For example, i routinely go out alone when i travel to bars and clubs. I dont feel comfortable doing it in Beirut where i know a lot of people and i actually think it would be counter productive. If i was young and starting out and didnt have a social circle of friends to go out with it would be very tough to get started.
3- Simply the change of scenery can jump start you into creating an improved version of yourself. Theres a sense of freedom and endless possibilities in moving to a new place.

I like to point out Spain is a popular tourist destination. Girls go there to get fucked by exotic guys without anyone knowing about it back home.

1) Go to gym for a year. Work ass off. Get some abs.
2) Go to beach and hit on tourists.
3) Show sexual interest from start.
4) Do not act like a boyfriend. She not looking for one.
5) Profit.

A lot of this. You have got to start practicing game at home or prepare to grind practicing game in your destination.

In spite of a common language and a background which supports higher social status in Latin America for simply coming from Spain, you need to have game to get any results and establish a place in the local social hierarchy.

If you come at girls and all you offer is a common language, financial stability, and a more prestigious homeland... they are going to eat you alive either milking you for unearned cash or literally biting off your balls to keep you from reproducing. Being from Spain your Spanish is going to make you sound kind of... faggy to most Latin Americans.

Your safest entry point to Latin America if you don't send some time on self improvement at home first is likely Uruguay. The locals tend to be poorly socialized making status games easier, there is enough of an immigrant population to get some practice on better socialized chicks from more functional cultures, and crime is low (though rising) which means the men are less likely to see you as a target for criminal predation as you work on the social skills to defend your status as a high achieving 25 year old retiree. Mind that Uruguay is more expensive than the rest of Latin America.

Really you ought to hit up quite a few places, and figure out what you like. Hit up Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile to see the different ways the more European Latino countries are. Hit up Peru for the food and hospitality. Bounce around further north to get that year round beach weather.

I would suggest Ukraine as there are no visas and you can get by on your foreigner vibe but follow Roosh's advice and become an approach machine first in your Spanish town. If you have a degree-you can probably get a gig as a Spanish teacher in Kiev.

I wouldn't suggest Latin America in your case @OP.
Start gaining experience in your location. Go to parks, find women sitting on a bench and talk to them for a little. They are less likely to ignore you. The worst that can happen is that they might just stand up and go...Don't go with the intention yet to get an instadate and sex. Trust me, I know where you are coming from. Make it a routine during the weekend to go and talk for like 1-2 hours to women and take (mental) notes, to the point where you are comfortable doing so. Take it slow, don't pressure yourself and don't let negative thoughts influence your mind. If an approach went bad... brush it off and if all of them went bad...remind yourself that you actually approached women and thus already achieved a small goal.

During the week, focus on making yourself better. You should go to the gym, but you can also opt in doing easy exercises at home. There are tons of video tutorials about it. Since you are an introvert try to check which interesting things you might have to say about yourself. Really focus on that and visit the forum and read the good threads in here, it can help you. You really need to internalise many new thoughts in order to get more self-esteem.

Spain is a big country and if you are into history and culture visit some unusual parts of Spain. Read some books, a bit of text and gain some knowledge that you can use later on when you have to talk about yourself. It might seem disconnected at first, but eventually the pieces will connect into a big puzzle that will help you to achieve having success with women. Get out, set up small goals, don't pressure yourself and at the end try to do some stuff that you like or a passionate about. It will keep you in a positive mood and once you get success, you will feel even better!

I was his age when I first traveled outside the US without my parents. Considering I was blue pilled and had no game-it turned out all right. Did I have painful moments? Yes! Starved for a few weeks during Christmas once. But if you want to learn to swim by diving off the deep end- travelling is the way. While I agree that Spain is a diverse country (hell I want to see Hadrian's Villa there someday) perhaps OP needs the additional motivation of knowing that there are feminine women out there in Ukraine. For him, the familiar of his home country just won't hold the same exotic appeal.

Without the 'tools' he will just remember it in a bad way. It's better to go there, once you have the basics.

Sometimes you need a wingman. See if you can meet somebody with some rep in this forum who can talk to you and maybe see if you are overlooking something.
And of course the other stuff ( gym, confidence, wardrobe, etc).

I had the same problem for gaining muscle,but it was just that I didn't know the exact way how to do it,I though it was just by eating too much. You need to calculate everything you eat in each day(carbs,protein...) and use a good app(you can find a lot of them in play store and app store), after that you need to set how many pounds you want to add per week, One more important thing is you should workout, to help you bulk in a fast way.

just for motivations
in about 10 months of hard work i moved from 152 lbs to 177 with less than 10 percent fat

I dont have problem in go and talk with a woman.... but my weak points are

If that's so, then it is already a good start. Did you read Day Bang? Read it, highlight a few parts, internalise those parts and use them.
Try also to use 'guess phrases', make it like about them, so that they have to talk a bit. Usually I would try to not make it too long, it's always better that you end the conversation first and then tell her you would like to continue talking to her and she should give you her number. Something like that, after some approaches you will figure out what works best for you.

I don't think staying where you are would be the best option for you right now. When I was 20 I was an anxious mess and never had even kissed a girl. I didn't have friends or hobbies and simply was a depressed piece of shit. I was also 135 lbs and 6'1 tall.

Then I went to south east asia and went crazy. Among other things I fucked like 10 girls in one month, and those experiences really fucking changed me. Like from the core, I was simply a different human being.

And this is what I would recommend any guy with little experience: Go somewhere easy and fuck a bunch of girls. Go party and do crazy shit. People can really tell what kind of life you live, and you will be so much more intriguing and experienced as a person.

Oh and you should definitely hit the gym asap. I'm 180 lbs at 6'1 now and the difference is like night and day.
