Feet and hands on that one are actually a decent tell but yeah, some of them are tough.

To be fair, it's also a lot easier in person generally, though some are still hard and alcohol can work a lot like real life photoshop on your brain.

The boring answer is: Don't get drunk.

Ladyboys are ambush predators waiting for a drunk and clueless victim. Their preferred habitat are dark, hookerish nightclubs.

It's rare to be fooled by a trap in real life. Even the best one's will set off instinctual reactions, if you're not drunk. Just got to recognize. Usually you can trust your dick to not respond to fake women, at worst a "weirdest boner" situation, which in Asia means abort mission. Pheromones and stuff. That's something not often mentioned, but imo very reliable. Get in close and get a good sniff. Girls have a certain smell and guys have a certain smell. We're hardwired to sniff out other males as threats and women as potential partners. You know the difference, when you're entering a bathroom were a woman has just been vs a male.

There are other tells, behavior usually can't be faked either. Asian women in general are confidently and comfortably feminine, which is a reason we go there in the first place. That means, they'll interact and respond authentically and spontaneously to you when flirting. Ladyboys have to present a facade and have male brains, so they'll not be able to be spontaneous in the same way.

Man, this is one scary thread. I failed that quiz bad and I've been to Thailand. For once, I'm glad I took a girl I knew with me on a trip.

Seriously though, a lot of people in SEA naturally have very androgynous looks, at least to western eyes. That's why traps there are more dangerous.

Yea I think i'm just gonna stick to my basic rule of not fucking anything over 5 feet tall or with big ass or tits. That's just not a typical asian. Aside from that sticking vacationers.

They always seemed obvious to me the times I've been to Thailand, even the ones who look quite feminine - some of whom I could perhaps have been fooled by in photos - always have some tells that can be spotted even at a distance in the way they move (exaggerated emulation of a woman), their physical build, or dressing more provocatively than even female hookers.
All right, so many of the most blatant ones - feminine or otherwise - were in the lower Sukhumvit area in Bangkok (nightlife, go go bars and hooker central for those who haven't been there) and I obviously can't rule out I might have failed to identify some there or elsewhere, but it certainly never occurred to me that there was ever a risk of accidentally hitting on, let alone take home a ladyboy. Then again I rarely get drunk anymore.

A height limit is the single easiest thing to stick to when drunk. If you're in dodgier parts of Asia just stick to women 5ft2 or under.

They can get all the surgery, and wear all the make-up they want, but its extremely rare to find any even Asian men that short. So its very hard to fake. And no matter how drunk you are, or how dark the club is, height is one thing thats pretty easy to judge.

Obviously nothing is 100% fool proof, but its the best thing I've found. Looking at hands, shoulders etc is good too, but height is just more reliable.

From behind hands and feet are clear give aways that it's a dude in drag. When drinking it is hard to apply any test reliably, but thankfully in my present corner of the world trannies tend to be obvious. However, nothing beats the smell test. When gaming a girl, the scent of pussy should be constantly intensifying through the interaction.

When in doubt retreat to biology. The nose knows, unless you numb it with booze. Think of the bucks fighting over a patch of tree bark or sweet sinsemilla louder than a christmas tree all resin'd up trying to catch some pollen. Girl, animal, plant... At the base level females make an appeal to the nose.
