OP, condolences on your situation. I know you have a gf currently and she is sticking with you, but how do you see your dating life going forward, assuming at some point you'll be single again?

I assumed there were three factors leading to a higher transimssion rate.

1. Genetics. Blacks (who primarily inhabit low income countries) are more susceptible to HIV infection.
2. Poor diet and living conditions which leads to the population on average having weaker immune systems.
3. Different viral strains have different transmission rates.

Sorry for your bad luck OP and thank you for warn us. It is not impossible as some might think.

If you plan to do anal, ALWAYS use a condom. Even with my gf, I use it (for anal). Not only for HIV but for other diseases.

There's a test kit you buy in pharmacies. They're cheap and you can see the result in 20min. It's recommended to do the test again after a month (or more I think) to be sure. You take a drop of blood from your finger (you don't feel it), put it in the kit and you can see the result. Very useful if you plan to bang a girl more often.

Had it not been for the extreme sexual behaviour of gays being allowed in the US in the 70`s and 80`s, this (HIV) would never had happened.
