In the summer I travelled to Eastern Europe and happened to find one of the sweetest girls ("girl A") I've ever met in one of the big city capitals there.
We bonded and had some deep talk about life and we had great sex and all that good stuff, before I left to go back home.

In October the plan is to go back to see her for a week. She has insisted on me not paying for hotels and she really wants me to stay at hers for the whole week. She has planned everything from what meals she is going to cook for me, how she will show me around the whole city and she lets me stay at hers, which I appreciate.

Problem is, I have had contact online with another girl ("girl B") in a nearby city there, who has agreed to come to the capital (where I will meet the other girl). She is really hot and is super into me, it's guaranteed I will get laid with her if I see her.

So my plan is to bang girl A during the week and then make up some kind of excuse of why I'm not going to stay at hers for the weekend and then take into a hotel to bang girl B during the weekend.

What is a good excuse to come up with here? Any ideas?
I know they both eventually hope for a relationship with me so I really don't want them to think I'm there to see someone else and disappoint them.

If girl B doesn't fuck you, you might miss out on more enjoyable and easy sex with girl A. How can you say that you're guaranteed to fuck her?

As far as excuses go I would probably say I had a family emergency and had to leave early.

How are you going to make sure that you don't run into girl A while with girl B?

I'm asking because it can (has) happen(ed).

Otherwise, as Batman_ said, sex is never guaranteed with a new girl. You don't even know if she's gonna be as warm in real life as she appears to be online. That also can (has) happen(ed).

You've planned it wrong because you like that danger rush and you're greedy.

Tell girl A that you're in her area for a limited time. Spend that time with her. When that time is over go and meet girl B.

Keep it simple.

I did that before. I kicked out a girl that fucked me and was into me (first date bang) because I was greedy and wanted another "sure thing" bang later that evening.

The result? The "sure thing" came to my apartment but wouldn't bang and the first girl felt used that I threw her out too early so no repeat business.

Sucks because she had a great ass too. wasn't thinking clearly at the time.

If you're really interested in girl B, why don't you fly in a few days early before the weekend and schedule girl B first for the weekend. Then, the following week, you can spend time with girl A, without wondering whether girl B would live up to your expectations as that outcome is behind you at that point.

This is the problem.

I don't want to sound harsh, but why is she calling the shots here?

From the start, you should be in the frame that you are visiting her city again, for a different reason than just to see her. Even if she in fact is the primary reason you are coming back, she should not be aware of that.

That way, you keep your frame and she is the one who is lucky to be a part of your life while you are visiting, not the other way around. This also makes it easier to tell her you appreciate her offering a place for you, but you have places to be and people to see, so it's easier to have your own place.

Now since you are already past that point, some actionable advice you can do to salvage this somewhat:

Simply tell her you appreciate the gesture, but you value your alone time and would prefer to have your own place. Make her understand that you are happier and more comfortable having your own place versus staying at hers.

And then of course, make sure she doesn't show up at your doorstep while you are balls deep into girl B.

Get into town a week or two early. If it blows out with girl B you can surprise girl A
