"Performance Improvement Plan" -> they are trying to get rid of you 99% of the time.

If they actually gave a fuck about your performance they would speak to you about it properly and not go through HR. The point at which they go to HR is the point they are clearly saying you need replacing. It is hard as fuck to get out of that, even if the PIP is somewhat realistic. Even if you meet the goals and deadlines in the PIP they can still turn around to you that the quality is not good enough. They can be nothing more than a bunch of fucking cunts, and you should expect exactly that.

It is all part of a game, and there are plenty of naive people out there who wouldn't know any better than working hard to meet PIP in their minds and be shown the door anyway.

The vast majority of the time when you are placed on a PIP you are blacklisted. You can forget about moving into any other team.

What I've seen some people doing in the past is file a grievance saying it is complete bullshit with lists of facts. You are leaving the organisation anyway you might as well take the cunts to the cleaners if you have good written evidence you are doing your job (meeting targets etc) and potentially cite harrasment if this is what is happening and how much stress it is causing you. This throws a fucking curveball for them and is the last thing they want. You'll get a bigger payout, give them a fucking ballache to deal with, and more time potentially to find a new job as you go through the grievance process.

Remember one thing, they are all utter cunts and you are nothing more than a cog in the machine. I've even seen managing directors who have been in the company for 10 years get pushed out like they are nothing after working themselves to the ground for years.

If you spoke to a good solicitor he'll tell you exactly the same thing.

Managers at companies usually just care about their own vagina, selfishness is abundant. They don't care about you or your life.

Don't be naive to think they care so much about your performance to put you on a plan. They don't, they just want you out and this is the legal way to do it.

What I've noticed is that if you are in a workspace and a woman ranks the same or above you she'll always test or try to get rid of you, especially if you don't talk to her much. The women below you never give you trouble. This whole experiment of women in the workplace is a complete failure, the sooner we go back to the way things were prior to the 1900s the better off we will be.
