Im a 39 old Dutch guy, still single and would like to find a woman in Latvia for serious relationship, not just sex.
I have been in Riga before but this this im planning just for the women.
Can anyone give me advice what places I should go and how to meet up with women for the first time?

Because there the closest thing going to Russia without a visa. But the other Baltic countries and Poland are just as good actually.

Latvia is a small country and has 2 million residents only. A lot of people moving out though. So if you want to look outside of Latvia look into immigrant communities in England, Germany, or even your native country. I remember dating a Latvian girl in my own city and I'm from the Netherlands as well.

Why not get the visa and hit up Russia ?

Latvia is super small with a third of the population living in Riga. The women look amazing but the stag parties have damaged the reputation of foreigners. Learning the local language is hard and useless. I don't see it as a good country to find a wife at 40. Girls get married young with busted dudes and people are quite well off, Riga is one of the most expensive cities in Eastern Europe.
There is a Russian minority that doesn't get along very well with the locals, might be a good approach to befriend them but it would probably be easier to just go further East.

Thanks for your advice Pointer but I have been to Russia few times before and I simply don't wanna deal with the visa, distance and money exchanging anymore.
How is Estonia, Lithuania or Poland for finding a wife compared to Riga? Ive heard the best woman are found not in the cities but in villages, but smaller town communities tend to mistrust foreigners in my experience.

We have in the Netherlands very strict immigration laws preventing me to bring a woman outside the EU. For example I need to have a high income with atleast a year contract. And more demands are needed as well.
