When girls tell you "I love you more than life itself" or any variation of it, she's usually saying this in a last grasp attempt to keep you because she knows she's losing you -- i.e. this often comes at the tail end of a fight, and you've told her to fuck off.

For me, this is desperation at its finest, which doesn't turn me on in any way, shape, or form. In fact, after hearing such words, I'm even more motivated to take on some new pussy -- or anyone else's other than hers.

However, if you do hear these words it means you're the prize, and you run the relationship, and don't ever acquiesce that position of power over to her, because if you do, she'll take it, and the next thing you know you'll find her ending the relationship on some bullshit, which allows her to go out on top, and lie to herself that she was the one who had the power and reason to end the relationship.
