After high-school (different Here in germany) I started few educations but didn't finished it. One I did finish.
But after that I had big family problems and went in own apartment drawing unemployment benefits.

You have no job, have a disposable income of 25 Euros per week, barely any friends and did not approach a single girl in 2 years. So Germany isn't the problem. I know mental problems prevent people from even achieving the most basic of tasks so I don't fully blame you it's tough.

Here's my recommendation.

Go to Australia and do some farm or ranch work for a year. I believe they offer one year work visas to citizens of certain Euro countries. Nothing puts a block to depression like a hard day of manual labor. It will also be a different environment for you. Novel enough to induce growth but a life simple enough where you won't comparing yourself to other people. Perfect way to unclutter your mind.

There will be several backpacker chicks passing through many from your home country. Maybe you'll get lucky with one of them. Maybe you won't. But the key is that you build momentum through right action and discipline while getting out of your current environment.

I have been in a similar situation.

There were periods of my life where I was socially isolated, and there were periods of my life I was homeless.
In your home country, it is hard to find work if you are unemployed as bosses think there is a negative you are hiding. I was also depressed but I gradually got better when I changed my lifestyle and environment.

I'm seconding the idea of doing fruitpicking in Australia.
Although the pay is terrible as they pay by the bucket and not the hour, it's work outside and you'll get to meet young people from around the world.

It is a great place to make friends as you have a common purpose and background. You won't be the only person coming here to change the trajectory of your life. As for girls, well, backpackers are more adventurous than usual and they are far from anyone who might judge them.
