I got in trouble in college in the mid 2000s. The wench in student affairs who handled the case was a copy and paste of this nasty broad, albeit slightly less fat. She had the same holier-than-thou condescending attitude, the same bitter bitch face, the same loving servitude to corporate culture and the same vindictive desire to emasculate men with balls.

I fought the punishment, which took me to an old Irish guy that I took an immediate liking to. He looked over my case and during the interview I could see an understanding in his eyes and demeanor. He asked me about my home life, which I gave straight answers to, and he put the bitch to heel and waved some of the punishment away.

That man and any semblance of sane culture in colleges are long gone today.

Many people compare this with soviet communism. I think this modern western leftism is much worse then soviet communism for two reasons.

1. The modern leftism is covert and hides under names of democracy, tolerance, freedom. Many people are unaware of this shit and are in denial. Most people outside US and Western Europe still consider those places the most advanced and free societies on the globe and are unaware of the silent leftist cultural tyranny.

2. In soviet communism you had to give lip service to ideology of communism, but your core identity - that of a man or a woman or your racial identity was untouched. You are dead on right about the imbalance of power with regards to financial providers having all the responsibility but not having the corresponding authority that should go along it; which ultimately causes all sorts of issues. I have written before numerous times that the lack of legal leverage for men in the US is one of the core reasons why relationships are so fucked up. Not news to anyone here obviously but this is one area where you can do extensive recon before potentially moving somewhere.

Personally, I refuse to live in certain states/countries due to some having really fucked up child support laws. It's a deal breaking issues for me since places with uncapped child support reward women for bad behavior to collect big time prizes. If a woman contemplates leaving for illogical reasons (because women never act illogically, of course) and knows she can only get 13k/year vs 60k/year; that has a real effect not only on the individuals behavior but I believe the local culture as well since women usually get inspired/motivated by their friends to seek out a punishing divorce/child support/alimony/etc.

That said, I would HIGHLY suggest you investigate and understand the federal AND state/local laws that pertain to male-female relations of possible relocation spots before moving. Laws/case history that pertain to the following should be thoroughly understood:

1. Divorce/alimony/property division.
2. Child custody (50/50 presumed? Mother always?).
3. Child support (capped or uncapped? Capped? Whats the limit? Exceptions to the limit? Canada? Go read the tale of Dave Foley).
4. Common law marriages and entitlements (Look up Canada on what it considers a common law marriages and what that entitles people).
5. False accusations (especially ones that pop up after a divorce filing and how that's handled)/domestic violence/rape case histories. Criminal and civil court cases.

State/local laws govern the majority of the aforementioned in the US and a litigious slut can fuck you up horribly in one jurisdiction while barely causing a dent in your life in another.

Compare a place like Massachusetts vs Nevada on child support for example. The former is famous for "abortion extortions" (i.e. pay a slut 6 figures to abort a kid to avoid child support payments) due to uncapped child support laws while the latter has a child support cap around 13k/year; thereby protecting your assets from more vile whores via reducing incentives for terrible behavior.

Thank you for this response. I am glad to see I am not the only person planning an exit. It is increasingly clear that a plan B is necessary, and I am not sure how much time we have. I also think Bitcoin is the go-to asset in the next decade or so.

The rule of law is totally collapsing in the United States. Police officers are out of control. Big businesses (banks and social media especially) break laws with impunity. Politicians are openly corrupt, and launch sham investigations and/or imprison anyone in their way. The USA can coast for a while, but the whole foundation is being eaten away by these parasites. Once the rule of law is undermined, it is a matter of time before everything else begins to crumble (see also: Turkey and Erdogan).

At this point, the average American has the same amount of civil rights as they did before the revolution. Check this out:

Canada was the ultimate "least bad choice" kind of decision.

The only thing I like about Canada is that their criminal justice system is "less" insane than the US. They put a lot fewer people in jail. Part of that is, they don't have as many overlapping police forces. Or that's what I've read in my research. Certainly their percentage of citizens in jail is a fraction of the US, which implies that they just don't jail as many people.

Yes, the divorce laws are probably horrible That does't impact me as much at this stage in my life. Yes the SJW situation in Canada is terrible, but I don't know any way to escape that.

The asset forfeiture situation in Australia I didn't know about.

I survived a left coast law school back 1996-99 but it was hideous and I kept wanting to quit each semester but my friends kept telling me it would get better. It never did. Funny thing was that in business school I was considered left of centre (compared to the other students) and took courses in business ethics (when it was called such before metastasizing into what is now called CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). When I got to law school I was considered evil incarnate because of my background before I otherwise said a word: straight, white, healthy male; business grad, ex-military and a card-carrying Conservative. I have more stories and observations but I will move on.

I didn't read what the "harassment" was that he went down on. If it was reasonably legitimate then I suppose the best play is to own it, deny "toxic masculinity" as defined by the authorities, and write a mea culpa accepting full personalresponsibility for his actions and outline steps he will take so as not to repeat the offense.

Well, it's easy to be judgmental if you're not the one who poured $200k+ and years of study into a law degree. Most people would write the fucking essay and then move on.

Yup, as I keep saying: Fewer and fewer places to escape to. 20 or even 10 years ago white males had a lot more options but these days there practically isn't a single Western country that's not FUBAR. And now the 2nd and 3rd options are quickly disintegrating as well (e.g. Brazil, Venezuela, Columbia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine).

If you go into debt for your education and in return your future job depends on that education in which you put in 80k already, then he must bend the knee ideologically.

It was common practice in communist EE. You had to say a few pro-communist words and speeches in order to get your decent job as a chemical engineer. Otherwise you could always do the worst jobs and earn crap - that was ideologically free.

1) he should already evaluate whether this is the right course for him. Class rank, GPA and realistic job prospects. 2) if he's only in his 1L year, drop out or transfer. This would also apply to the 2L year, especially if his aforementioned grades, standing and prospects still objectively stink.

3) If he's in his third year, he's a lot less likely to be able to transfer and probably will not quit even if he's bottom of the class - though he should in that case since he's got shit for opportunities and a useless boat anchor of a degree polluting his resume.

4) At any point during the above three courses of action, he could shut them all up by immediately finding the nearest mosque and converting to Islam. They would not be able to say shit and he could actually ramp up his perceived infractions.

I have flipped the bird many times in my career and it was a zero-benefit disaster for me every single time. There is nothing that society hates more than a man who stands up for himself. Literally, you are like a cancer in the eyes of employers and authorities. You can explain your reasons and ask for support from your family and friends and you will get ZIP.
