I think her one problem is that she talks too damn much. At least 100 passionate speeches as if she was speaking to the United Nations assembly. She wants everyone to know she speaks Italian. Bitch you are in prison! Let the defense attorney do his job!

Another reminder never to talk to police without an attorney.

Don't know much about the case but it seems that most of the circumstantial evidence against her wouldn't have been there if she hadn't been giving all kinds of contradictory statements during her first interrogation.

Looks the Italian Supreme Court is overturning their decision and want her back on trial. I heard she won't be required to appear, and hope that the U.S. doesn't hold up any extradition attempts. That trial was a debacle indeed.

Does anyone think that Guede, Knox, and Sollecito were all in on her murder? I thought that the main argument of the prosecution was that she was basically gang raped and murdered by all three parties, then Guede ran off after robbing the corpse. It seemed improbable to me at the time.

I've read that even in the event that she is re-convicted, that the U.S. would be unlikely to extradite her due to Double Jeopardy concerns, but who knows.

Mostly its the weight. Her bone structure's nice. Being in prison, especially when you're facing a long sentence is amazingly stressful.
And sedentary, she put on weight.
