Well, Kellogg was pretty anti-male sexuality. The theory was that his cereal would instil no carnal thoughts in those who ate it, as opposed to consuming meats and so on.

Oats are not the worst grains you could eat, although they are not a nutrient dense food, and they contain phytic acid that tend to bind to minerals in the intestine. Also oatmeal in particular elevates blood sugar and insulin quite a bit.
If you`re gonna eat oats though, better to buy gluten-free, organic oats and eat them with almond/coconut/cacao milk, nuts, seeds, berries etc. That`s not to bad of a breakfast I would say. (Oats don`t contain gluten, but they are contaminated by being processed in the same facilities as other grains/flour.)

Jesus christ this is a meme (in the original sense) that just does not die on this forum. He isn't gay. As has been discussed on numerous occasions in the thread dedicated to him.

Anyway, yeah, terrible crime and most Islamist terrorists are also incels. Most 'out there' groups get their numbers from the swarthes of young, impressionable, sexually-challenged men. I appreciate the irony in my own comment by the way — the whole game/pua sphere operated the same exact way. The focus on self improvement isn't 'ours' either, I'm sure 'Muslim brothers' exercise for the good of Allah etc, to propel their movement and so on. Male-dominated groups have done this since the dawn of time, just look at the penal system. Men like hierarchy and order, and being part of movements give them that. Whether it's joining 'Islam 4 UK' or the 'EDL' (though the latter haven't been involved in any serious crimes, I must add).

One guy came to protest against Islam in the wake of this and was attacked by the crowd.

The cops were just watching while Muslims tried to wrestle the sign away from him. A SJW compassionate liberal threw him into the fountain 2 times.

Guess they deserved to be enriched to the utmost.
