The OPs data sheet is good. Wide selection. Looks like he left no stone unturned in going out in the expensive places where a lot of HBs can be found. The problem with those places is that you usually will need to drop about 500Euros to get a table to even get solid time with any of those HBs. Of course you can get lucky. But in the Scandinavian countries its totally normal for men not to approach women.(other then the rare occasion when shitfaced) Its common to see groups of some of the best looking men just sit there in the corner quietly all night. If you think that behavior is beta, then they're beta. I would say the Norwegian men seemed to approach more then anywhere else.

And yes there are many mixed couples in France, over the last 5 years there was a big evolution and you now see more and more white men dating black chicks, I have to admit it annoys me a bit as black girls weren’t used to white men being interested in them so the rate of success was high, now they are having an attitude.
