3.) Posting dumb memes and "dunking" on her only furthers her cause.

I'd say I've done more to improve the quality of this thread than any thread I've participated in since I first opened my account. It honestly feels like I've really made a difference.

McCarthy was a great patriot and a solid conservative, don't rely on the trotskyite narrative that we've been stuck with like that book you've read about him. I don't necessarily think AOC is a brilliant strategist. She's just a confluence of random factors who's aggregate happens to make her an apex predator in her particular field. But you know what? It hardly makes a difference. Smart and driven men saw that freak, like a wolf that got washed up on Dodo Island, and saw great value in slapping a leash on her. Of course wolf handlers are always aware that their animals are inherently beyond total prediction. It's because the DNC is actually that corrupt and incompetent. The incumbent was an extremely unpopular, unlikeable, corrupt kleptocrat. All it took was somebody who was more likeable to knock him off his perch.

I don't doubt they were strategic in which district to run a new incumbent. I hope to see more of this to be honest.

Both parties are lazy and feel like they have a lock on certain districts and states. That means they don't need to do the work of the people. The more they are afraid of losing their power the more they will put in an effort to keep their promises.

That is why I will never blindly follow any party. In the Trump thread, Samseau tried to make the case that we should support the Republicans because it would be a little better than what the Democrats would do to the country. I agree the Democrats will do more damage. I disagree that I should support the Republicans because they aren't as bad as the Democrats. I've done that for the past 20+ years. Things are still getting worst so that isn't working.

I want these assholes to be scared of losing their jobs. I want to smell fear during every election. I am now willing to vote for the worst of the two candidates if the current candidate refuses to do his job.

While AOC, Ilan and Tlaib are not good candidates, they do bring a fresh perspective that is good for our country. And some healthy fear.

There are some instances where they bring up some good ideas that should be discussed if it weren't for most politicians being on the bankroll.

I absolutely loved Ilan bringing up Israel lobbying. Let's also add Saudi and Qatar to that lobbying list. I absolutely loves Tlaib bringing up how credit scores are being used to prop up insurance premiums.

I hope to God that politicians are afraid of being replaced by people like them. That is the only way we will get back to some type of normality within our country.
