Somebody wants to kill me. Can I borrow $150?

That's the gist of the following story.

I'm talking to this Colombiana in msn, and she says this to me:

Her: bebe me van a matar si no pago 150 dolares un sicario me matara si no pago. me prestarias dinero?

Me: alguien quiere matarte?

Her: si.

Me: quien??

Her: un sicario por que le debo dinero, que preste para pagar la sacada de las cordales que me tenian mal. me prestarias dinero?

Me: hmmm, alguien quiere matar, y no tienes amigos o familia que le dará dinero?

Her: no vivo en una residencia. mis padres me abandonaron con mis abuelos. vivo sola en la ciudad.

Me. ohhhh ok. necesitas una mejor historia.

Out of all the latinas I've chatted with online, I've only been asked for money 2 or 3 times so far, but that was the funniest shit I've seen.

Somebody wants to kill you, but you're sitting on your ass in front of a computer signed into msn???

The sad thing is that thousands of dummies fall for these lame ass stories every day.

What kind of stories do y'all have of girls asking for money?

I've had a few girls try the 'I'm a bit short on rent, can I borrow a few hundy?' bit, and I even fell for it once in my younger (and more fluid) days.

If you give into this, you will never see that girl or your money ever again. A girl who takes your money, even if she needs it and asks for it, will feel like a prostitute.

Older and wiser, now I say 'Why do I need to spot you money? You have a job,' and if she continues to press I say 'I'm not a bank and I am not your boyfriend...if you're really hard up credit it. I'm seriously offended that you thought that I would help you with this.'

Back when I was extremely beta I paid for a long distance gf's round trip flight once. Silly me, expecting to ever see that cash again. This is one of many reasons why I try not to ever pay a woman's way for anything. I've heard about guys paying off women's credit card debts ($10-$20k+), rent, etc. In the end, it's all just dumb men getting used (willingly or not).

I've got a buddy that was flying halfway across the country (in addition to flying her out to see him). Chick is probably a 3, and he saw nothing wrong with it.

I spoke about this recently and many of you agreed that you would spot the lizard for money.

I had a lizard ask for gas money. I refused (gently) to fund her travel.

I've been hit up for 20 pounds once after sexing down a lizard in my early days. I've never been very fluid with paying for a lizard no matter how flush I am.
If I do pay for a lizard, it's not because she's a lizard, it's because I feel like spending. I'd do the same for a friend (depending on my mood).

Actually i got stung for 150 bucks earlier on in my salad days...it was actually a loan..but since it was to a lizard, I guess it counts..I'm still tracking that fcuking reptile down...

For me it's purely situational. I loaned a friend/fuck buddy $300 once because she was in trouble, but I KNEW for a fact that she was having a rough time. But she was a cool ass chick and we were friends even outside the bedroom, so I didn't mind.

But don't give me a dumb story. Be creative at least. It still doesn't guarantee anything, but come up with something good.
