Saw a supposed timeline of the next phase of the MCU (although not guaranteed & likely to change).
The gist was :

MCU Spiderman 2 - July 2019
Black Widow - May 2020
Doctor Strange 2 - November 2020
Black Panther 2 - Feb. 2021
The Eternals - May 2021
Shang Chi - November 2021
Guardians 3 - Feb. 2022
Captain Mehvel - May 2022.

So, unless Captain Grumpypants turns up in the more cosmic films of The Eternals or GoTG3 for a cameo.
Not to mention the part of Spiderman 2 where other characters are trying to convince Peter Parker to take up the mantle Iron Man left behind.
Seems Marvel & Disney are not too eager all of a sudden to put the HERo, front & center. Or at least, not until 2022.
