Flaking is a phenomenon that colombian women are especially known for in this forum. I've lived in Colombia several times, especially in Medellin, and can corraborate everything Roosh says in Bang Colombia. The last 2 years I have been branching out in Brazil and have been noticing that in 2nd tier cities the level of flakiness is very similar. My spanish is perfect so in Medellin I could minimize this. Here, my portuguese is at a very solid level and thus I dont have the level of weapons and game available like I do in Spanish. I've noticed that under 25 hotties (im 35) here in 2nd tier cities(Joao Pessoa, Belo Horizonte, Brasilia) tend to be just as flaky as there colombian counterparts since so few people speak. english. The only way to avoid this is IMO is to:
1. stick to women over 25 here in most of brazil.
2. go to rio or sao paulo and look for young hotties that speak english.
3. decide to settle down here and learn portuguese fluently so you can really game.
4. If you know spanish well stick with colombia. (i love both countries)

Colombian girls are known to be gold diggers. when they get to the states they can get what ever they want. lots of them will bang you just cause your a gringo and have a chance of marrying them or taking care of them. in the states its a different story. in Colombia you could still bang a girl easily if she flaked on you by calling her another day. in the states if the girl flakes on you there a good chance you will never bang from my experience.

I've NEVER experienced so many flakes in my entire life.

I enjoy reading people's latin american stories, I only know from business studies that people in the latin world are basically oblivious to time. Setting an appointment for 9 on mon 21st of xyz means nothing to south americans, there is no guarantee that anyone will even be in the office, it is like a american saying I will meet you sometime. The way you deal with that is find out where the person lives/works and basically just show up unannounced and if the person views you with a shred of importance they will focus their attention solely on you.

I just want to add, I notice a pattern of people complaining of flakeyness, just be warned that if you wait girls get very flakey very quickly, you have to close down on a girl as fast as possible otherwise if she is unsure her unsureness will grow until she starts to think you're not that into me so I'm not that into you (yes it is insecure and stupid, but thats how they think).
