Bitcoin - 20% ($1000)
Ethereum - 15% ($750)
Stellar - 20% ($1000)
Vechain - 20% ($1000)
ICON - 10% ($500)
Binance - 10% ($500)
0x - 5% ($250)

I would set my portfolio like that and see how the market behaves.

Wait until the bear market is clearly over.

The bear market will be clearly over when the first large scale real world use cases are launched. Then invest in the coin used for the specific use case. You will miss the first 10x return, but you don't risk to invest in a crypto project which is likely to fail. Then you can still do some 10x return.

My guess is, that 95+% of crypto projects will disappear within the next couple of years. It's not worth taking the risk to invest now.
