Sadly even if you're joking, that's exactly what happened to one of the doormen when I was working as a bouncer. It dragged on until after I left, I don't know what happened in the end.
All he did was push her away when she tried to get in, and over she went. Cracked her head on the concrete, out cold, and off she goes to hospital. One of many reasons I got out of that job.
