It probably varies by location, but the local Starbucks here has combination locks on their rest room doors. The barista gives you the 5-digit combo if you ask for it.

If you stand by the rest room, in no time will someone come to use it and you can just watch the combo they punch in. (People ignore you if you pretend to be on the phone.)
Or you could just find a discarded Starbucks cup and ask the barista for the combo pretending to be a customer.

C'mon, this isn't quite Sherlock Holmes level shit to figure out.

I am intrigued by this, been in sport fishing my whole life and never heard of a weight limit on charters. I gotta ask what the cut off number is. All colors of women can be huge here and they use the excuse of a day out on the water to start shoveling cans of pringles down their throats before we leave the harbor. Trim tabs keep the boat from listing when they lean against a rail when underway. Would love to watch the scale being used in the morning at the dock.

Tim Hortons is a coffee chain in Canada.
In my city, depending on where you go the rest rooms are unlocked and free to use. Sometimes these ones are clean sometimes they aren't but you expect it to be slightly dirty or messy.

Within the downtown core, there is a significant homeless/street people population that like to hang around Tim Hortons all hours of the day. In these locations they will have a key requires you trade your drivers or personal id card. Or they have a buzzer behind the counter to let you in. Sometimes they want you to be a customer most of the time they don't care, but they will have security kick you out if you spend more than 10 minutes in there.

This whole situation is plainly stupid. The cops are the least to blame and should accept none of it.
1. Those 2 guys should've left when they were asked to. Full Stop. This isn't the civil rights era and they aren't Rosa Parks. All private business have the right to refuse services to anyone. Now the city of Philly is gonna have a bunch of copycat idiots trying to stir more bullshit up. They could've easily waited outside or just bought a bottle of water or coffee instead of making the situation worse.

2. The Starbucks staff are morons. When they couldn't use the restroom they didn't need to be kicked out. Starbucks has a reputation for being a place you can work/study for hours and hours while only buying a $4 drink. These guys weren't causing an issue with the staff or other customers.
(I think their restroom policy is fine because it probably comes from homeless/street people causing issues)

The boats have plenty of power. We blame insurance. We say that our liability only covers up to a 250 pound person should they fall over and one of us attempts to rescue. A lot of the time we tell people to just not worry about it, and they don't. It's just a great out to have if you can tell someone's gonna be a jackass.

Some people are weird / anal about different things. Starbucks is a company where the management at your store makes a huge difference. There are some pretty weird,and neurotic types who get promoted there.
A lot of times they'll become Nazis over charging for pumps of vanilla or making drinks a certain(wrong) way. (Classic lack of control over their lives so they make nonissues as managenent) In this case it sounds like the manager is a bathroom use nazi.

Presstitutes and their democratic handlers are creating artificial racial tensions to drive up black voter turnout in upcoming elections. It sounds like it could just be a case of retarded management. Sure you have the right to tell the cops to fuck off and not use your bathroom. Private property and all that. Does it do anything constructive other then satiate your ego for telling a cop where to go?

I feel that cops would be a very low risk group to vandalize your toilet, and for a place like Starbucks which often could have problematic patrons, it's in everyone's interest to keep up positive relations. Maybe the cops just take their sweet time, or get lost, or having something more important to do next time starbucks needs two undesirables kicked out fit sitting in the 'whites only' section.
