The article is about the multi-million dollar industry of men who pay women to abuse them and strip their assets from them without even the hint of getting anything in return. Someone in the comments points out that if it was men doing this to woman the article would have been full of concern about the abuses of domineering men. The article is actually pretty neutral, though a look at the author's Twitter reveals she has a fixation with this kind of stuff; the normalisation of pornography and prostitution.

Of one of the cucks:

Basically, we've reached the pinnacle of madness regarding the wealth and excess of this civilization. Now, not only do women lack concern of safety and survival, the feminization overall has reached levels of weak males not only making this much money, but doing unfathomably repulsive things with it.

Mistress Harley is probably a male scam artist between 24 and 40 getting his playboy lifestyle paid for by cuckholds who think he's a woman in black leather, assuming the whole thing is done online like it seems (no I'm not clicking that link to read more.)
