Yes, most of the Ukrainians (not all of course) are openly racist against blacks, many don't even consider them as people...But against darker festured white people I guess it has more to do with xenophobia than racism. Many Ukrainians specially in the South have those features, plenty of people with ancestry Jewish, Tatar, Greek, Bulgarian, or the Armenians, Georgians, Azerbaijani, etc who live there since Soviet Union.

The main split I think is "russkoe govoriachi" (russian speakers) and other slavs, vs all the other foreigners.

I confess that many times I present myself as a native of other Slavic country (cant reveal which one hahaha).

If I understand correctly, by "dark-skinned latino", OP meaned a person from american indian descent (meztico) or from african/european mix (mulato in Brasil, don't know in spanish). And yeah, there is surely definitely a racial prejudice against mezticos or mulatos in Ukraine (or Russia for that matter). Ukrainians are a lot more racist than Russians, and particularly towards Caucasian people (Azerbaijan, daguestan, Georgia Armenia and so on) they call them хач and obviously the Muslim ones are perceived as worse than the Christian ones. If you look Portuguese, southern Italian, Lebanese , or southern Spanish you will be mistaken for being one of them most of the time when speaking to less educated people . It's not that I don't believe you are banging 8's, I believe you think you do, I am just not sure you are banging what I personally consider an 8 or if you are you can't believe you are getting laid that often.

Don't take that as hate, i'm ready to be proven wrong, but I reckon I know Ukraine pretty much as well as anyone else, I speak the language, have a wide social circle there and know some very legit guys and yet I don't know any foreigners who ONLY bangs 8's or above. Getting back to the main subject

If you are good looking, speak decent Russian and most and foremost, understand the mentality and approach a lot , I don't see how getting an 8 or up is impossible that doesnt involve p4p or sponsorship. I do think guys who focus on nightlife are doing themselves a disservice, I've gotten better results myself hitting the hay early even on weekends , saturday is just 2 days away from monday after all, seeing this nation has a half year project, heck even a year is somewhat premature.

Most good looking girls will try to take you on a ride of you are a foreigner, and even if you do have the occasional westernized girl who just wants to have fun, they are hard to find. They are on survival mode for the most part and will bang if they know they can get something out of you. They are also polluted by Instagram way more than any other nationality. This is why I consider Kiev to be pretty much over, and would recommend Russia over it to anyone. Maybe its personal preference,Russians are thicker and taller, I like the Ukrainian look more ,its also cheaper here

Personally, I always wanted to go to Russia because I thought girls there are much more racist than in Ukraine.

Good observations but I see a counter sense here. You complain that Kiev is done because there is no sweet traditional women anymore, and due mostly to travelling abroad and instagram. While I do not necessarily disagree, on the other side you praise Russia and their women, who travel a lot more and also indulge in Instagram if not more then at least the same as Ukrainians, they have more means to travel, and many have plenty of time for it, any worker that lives East of the Urals has 45 days paid vacation per year...

I have another theory, and it is related to basic needs, in a land where there is no water, water is the most important basic need, not sex. In Ukraine is money the least available resource, and it is like going to the Casino, people can get addicted at extracting money from someone pocket.

Though generally I think that Russians are not as resource $$ oriented as Ukrainians, it is a very big country and different regions might have different mindsets.
The opposite applies too, there is some girls making a living with reasonable paid jobs in Kiev, though certainly not in the same percentage has in Moscow.

What you think about my assessment?
