The Hollywood / mainstream media definition of female attractiveness is totally out of touch with what men like. I'm sure none of us think that Julia Roberts and Jennifer Aniston are the most attractive women on the planet.

It's all targeted at the women who consume that stuff, not men. The whole celebrity-tabloid culture is totally off the radar to the vast majority of men. Just ignore it and make it irrelevant.

I second Angelina Jolie and Mariah Carey, but Jennifer Lopez is still mad fly at 42...obviously not as hot as she was in the U-Turn and Anaconda days, but still a girl I'd easily fuck. Not the sexiest woman in the world by any stretch (look at People magazine's track record of 'Most beautiful people in the world'; 2011: J-Lo, 2010: Julia Roberts, 2009: Christina Applegate, they're clearly on the 'Cougars are sexy!' team, source), but still pretty hot.

How about these more under-the-radar choices?



Yes, she's still a 7.5-8 and she's aging pretty well, but if you saw Black Swan, you also saw that Mila Kunis easily beats her by a full point, maybe more.



Again, for her age she's extremely hot, but she's a girl that nerds worship at the altar of...I mean I can see that she's cute in a my-friend's-hot-mom way, but I never jumped on board with it (her, or her comedy).

For a Boricua, she's really not that hot, and yes the body is incredibly overrated.

I don't think any straight guy in his right mind pegs this broad at more than a 5.5 (and even that's being generous). It's a joke that the Hollywood 'powers that be' keep pushing this plain jane, man-voiced cunt into the mainstream. First in Superbad, and then this year in 'The Help' and 'Crazy Stupid Love'. I'm still in shock that they made her Ryan Gosling's love interest in that movie. If I was Gosling I would have said, "I'm not working with that slag, cast a hot girl who actually sounds like a girl. Until then I'm not coming out of my fucking trailer." I'm guessing she's sucked a lot of Hollywood producer dick.

I am glad I am not the only one that thinks Angelina Jolie is average at best. The worst thing about the media pushing her looks as the standard of beauty is that its causing women to get fake lips that make them look like clowns.

Yeah, the other chick in Superbad was way hotter than Emma Stone, who is a 6 only in good light.

That is a pretty good list of chicks as a reference. IMO, Angelina Jolie is hot as is Natalie Portman. That being said, they don't have the pull-the-hair and doggystyle pound inducing qualities of a Megan Fox or Audrina Patridge.

Overrated is hard for me to say for sure, although I think that Scarlett Johansson and Anne Hathaway are overrated, but still very attractive.

One girl on the list sticks out like a sore thumb. She is not even mildly attractive to me:

Flyest girls on the list are Kunis, Smulders, Snow, Decker, Brie, Kelly, Greene, Brook, Vandervoort and Belle.

Diaz, Middleton, Lohan, Michele, Rivera (Michele and Rivera but no Dianna Agron, fail), Lavigne, Stone, Paquin and JWOWW (LOL!) shouldn't be anywhere near this list, but I guess a big, mainstream magazine like Maxim can only operate with so much agency.

I think Cameron Diaz (4), Natalie Portman (8), Jessica Alba (21), Britney Spears (25), Anna Faris (44), Christina Aguilera (58) have been in every one of these generic lists published for the past decade or so. They certainly aren't getting any younger or hotter. There are plenty of no name C-list models posted in the 10 thread on this forum who are way better. I guess some of the celebrity names keep ending up in those things because they consistently get tons of media exposure. Either that or the editors of Maxim magazine (and related rags) are just lazy so they publish some inoffensive generic list with names that people will recognize.

I'm willing to bet that if a similar list was compiled by a popular vote of dudes where anyone could be written in, it would probably end up being a bunch of pornstars...
