I have been listening to a lot of Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Eric Thomas, Joel Osteen and his dad John. It fascinates me how people can pull this shit off. I do not condone people that do fucked up shit like this. But the science of learning how to have this affect on people is something I am trying to learn about.

If any forum members ever meet DigitalNomad, he can pull shit off like this.

The possibilities of persuasion are endless. Would I use it on women, if I can learn this? Yes I would. I would also use it to get wealth and new job too.

It's more akin to something else - psychotherapy and thus the abuse of that woman's openness to the therapist.

It was sold as a self-help group and that is where Kristen Kreuk came into it also recommending it to other women.

Essentially he created a psychotherapy connection, finding out via therapy the weaknesses of the person and then easily establishing a bond with the woman. Unethical psychotherapists could fuck dozens of patients every year - especially if they were more popular and could select for beaty and youth. And that is what the guy did - he even created a cult-like atmosphere.

That bloke could have stopped at any time not going too far just being busy fucking pretty women, but no - he preferred to cross the line into highly illegal and abusive territory.

This sounds to me like a bunch of women realized they weren't the only ones getting it from the Alpha Male and decided to turn against him.

Meanwhile, law enforcement was eager to put anything under the banner of "trafficking" because that's how they get their government pork money. Years ago, these sorts of arrangements were called cults.

But "trafficking" will eventually taint the manosphere when some dumb broad gets taken advantage of and decides to seek revenge. Td; dr: The guy was a sleazeball who is likely guilt of blackmailing and perhaps kidnapping. "Trafficking" is the new "racketeering," a nebulous charge that means the cops don't like what you're doing and need to make something up to nab you.

Calling this trafficking or even grooming is bullshit.

Nothing he did was illegal UNTIL he blackmailed girls using those photos as leverage. At that point the girls inducting new members under duress starts moving into the realms of organised crime.

Whether the larger charge of trafficking sticks is besides the point. Nor is inquiring about the background of the women that you're fucking. In fact many would say that it's due diligence. Brands aren't any different then tattoo's. Getting a lovers initials branded or tatted on you is stupid for sure, but common enough; and certainly not illegal. If this guy used the info he had to blackmail women then that's illegal. But that's a very difficult charge to prove unless the one doing the blackmailing is completely careless.

I wonder what the current-year definition of "trafficking" is? Sounds like the expansion of rape which can mean anything from a male gaze to a fart in an elevator.

To me and to most people sex trafficking is more or less the movie TAKEN. Two strong dudes or one with a knife grabs a woman, puts a bag over her head or tells her that he will kill her and her family, then he carries her to the back of a car, then straight to a container or to the mass-rape/illegal-brothel den. Then he rapes her and afterwards either sells her to countless men or she gets raped and raped all over.

Trafficking is not: "Hey Susie - there is a cool psychologists who helped me and you could profit from meeting him. It's all free."

As far as I can tell that guy is guilty of blackmail at best - and even that is not entirely confirmed. Did he drug them and kept them in cages at gunpoint? In Europe there are gang rapists walking proud and tall in the streets who nailed tongues of 12yo girls to the tables and then organized them being gang-raped by Pakistanis and Bangladeshis for years. As I wrote earlier in this thread, "trafficking" has now become a catch-all charge designed to put people in prison for longer stretches of time. It's a way to trump up minor charges and make regular citizens appear to be big time criminals.

Why now?

Legalizing pot has meant fewer arrests and that means trouble for police departments that need to justify budgets and personnel. It also means fewer men in prisons, and many of those prisons operate for profit. So they "rebranding" everyday crimes as "trafficking."

Law enforcement and the media whip up fake moral hysteria, then profit from "solving" the non-existent issues.

I'm confident this is a made-up hysteria because the U.S. has been down this road before -- 100 years ago. Back then there was a similar case of the hysterics going around, but they also used the phrase "white slavery" in conjunction with it.

Here are some books published in the early 1900s (source):

"Fighting the traffic in young girls : or, War on the white slave trade" by Ernest A. Bell.

"The white slave traffic in America" by Edward O. Janney.

"The white slave traffic versus the American home" by Madeline M. Southard.

Time has shown us that there was no massive white slave trade among young, white American girls during "The Waltons" era. Does anyone's white great-grandmother come a "white slave" background? Didn't think so.

Time will also show us that "hundreds of thousands" of women aren't trafficked in the U.S., as they say. The bigtime trafficking that does go on apparently has more to do with the garment industry than the sex trade.

< There was white slavery in the US, but that was limited to certain areas and it ended around 1800-1860. Also the larger white slave populations were disappearing even before 1800 - long before the Waltons' time. The Cajun people in the south descend from those former white slaves and that is why they mostly did not fight for the Confederates remembering that they had been enslaved themselves.
