Question is in the thread title.

What I mean by having mastered is that every time you travel there you have somewhat a build-up from scratch social circle waiting for you or girls, you know where to go out at night to have a good time and have a pattern to pull girls, you can impress locals with your your knowledge of the city even if they think it's your first time there, you have pulled at least a few times (even if it took hard work at first) and you got logistics on point.

Specify also the cities that you thought were really hard at first/or considered hard by the community but after some time it started paying off; I guess those answers will be the most interesting.

I am a master of Gramercy Residences, Makati.

The online girls are lured inside the Century mall, told to wait me at the 2nd floor near the kids shop. Once a girl texts me she is near the kids shop, I nonchalantly go to the Gramercy bridge at the 2nd floor. This is the sacred bridge that links Gramercy directly to the Century Mall, bypassing the security guards from the ground floor.

Once I have passed the sacred bridge, I open the mall door with my Gramercy Card to pick up the girl. The poor creature sheepishly follows me back to my Gramercy Lair, without the guards even noticing.

If you’ve spent more than a few days in a city you should be able to get a read on it enough to get the basics that OP listed.

Wouldn’t consider knowing some folks and having a few spots on lock “mastering” a city though.

I’d say I’ve got high level control over

LA
The Bay
DC
NYC
Paris
ATL
Austin
Accra
A few other smaller cities in the US, Europe and Africa.

All of those spots I could fly in and get it in within a day knowing the cities and where to go and having some folks to hit up or girls around.

The thing is that it should not take more than a few days to build out options and a small circle in a city even if you start cold...

I'd consider London mastered, I spent my university years there and my first post-uni job was in London in social media (which I suck at, how I kept the job is beyond me), an industry dominated by beautiful women. Elsewhere in the UK, nowhere, not even my hometown which is baffling not that it matters, most of the girls are single mums, fat/ugly or have an overly high opinion themselves as there they're 8s but elsewhere they're 5s or worse.

Outside of the UK, I'd consider Moscow cracked through social game, I've got a free flat for use, good friends and regular girls when I'm there, I don't hit clubs or bars that much though so I wouldn't have that down but I'd say I'm in a good position overall.
