Here is an article from a site in Wheeling, West Virginia. The article points out that about 100 students at Wheeling Park High School walked out. That's out of about 1,500 students.

By West Virginia standards, Wheeling Park is an urban school. It's the fifth largest city in the state. I suspect the turn out at the more rural schools was much lower than it was at Wheeling Park, if there was any turnout at all.

It should make Hogg angry because he has more to work with. To say Kashuv is average is being generous. But if you compare them the difference is obvious.
