Text conversation that took place today (over the span of about 45 mins):

Jariel: Anything the opposite of what you usually wear will likely be hot on you.


Girl: LOL when r u not un pendejo?

Jariel: Its time to go for a more mature look, I'm not there so I can't point anything out.


Girl: I'm at Dadeland, can you come?

Jariel: I'd love to, there's this 2-button lightweight clay colored blazer at GAP I wanted to bag, but I'm busy here with a mil things to do at the casa


Girl: Ya, I was planning on stopping by GAP.

Jariel: Let me know if you see the blazer there


Girl: Hey I'm here at GAP now. They have your blazer! There's only 1 left!

Jariel: Cool, I was planning on wearing it the next time we go out


Girl: You look so hot in blazers, I love seeing other women stare at you when we go out. I'm going to get it for you papi!

Jariel: Jevi (cool), hey comcast is here, just come over after you're done.

About 30 minutes later she shows up with the blazer, a tie, and a shirt she saw that she felt I just had to have -- didn't have to tell her sizes because she's copped shit for me before. I'm already dapper, but I got this way in part by letting other girls buy shit that I like. The key part of that is shit that you like, don't let girls dress you. Also, if you frame it as them buying you shit that you're going to wear out with them, then they look at it as something they're doing for you and for themselves. Thing is they don't realize you wear this shit out when they're not around, and they're indirectly helping you look good for other women.

Nice work. I like to do stuff like this from time to time. The key is for the woman to know you can get it on your own. If I'm with a girl that's driving and she goes for fast food, I say, "let me get a #1" or whatever with a sheepish grin to see what she does. I'm always kidding and usually don't even want anything but it works.
