Because everything in Bebek costs %300 more than rest of Istanbul, even fruits and vegetable if you go to supermarket there. I did that mistake once by going to supermarket in Bebek.

I stayed Bebek and concur... It did not feel like I was in Turkey there.

Not just Bebek. Levent, Etiler, Yenikoy, Tarabya, Moda are like that too. Our company moved us to 3 different apartment's there when I went there over 5 years. These towns are for rich people, there's almost none women with turban or anything. Because rich people live there usually and richer you are, less religious you are in Istanbul.

If you go to poor neighborhoods, you'll see almost %60-70 people with turban but you see almost none in Bebek and those towns that I listed above.

Yes very true. If you want a happy medium to Bebek then Besiktas or Kadikoy is the place, they have a 'student' vibe but are not poor and there's not a lot of hijabis.

But the craziest thing is that when I went to Starbucks in other parts of the country like in Bodrum, Fethiye, Izmir once again I saw the same pattern. Hot young chicks going there dressed to the 9's in abundance. Learn to order in Turkish, if there is a girl behind you in the queue she will probably eye fuck you, then open her. I've tried this a few times.

This is exactly why you will find Turkish men all over Eastern Europe, even other parts of the world.

In places like Ukraine there is an abundance so you'll see hotties walking around with normal guys who are probably truck drivers or clerks, whereas in Turkey it seems like there aren't as many hotties so due to the shortage the Turkish men flock to other places.

Great datasheet, I will be in Istanbul this summer (August/September). I just love the meditarrenean look in women. Turkish dudes definitely win the busted dude test - at least here in Germany. There are many smoking hot turkish girls here, while the turkish dudes on average are either skinny fat, balding, short etc.

Turkish people in Germany and Turkish people in Istanbul are nothing alike. It's just like Italians in New Jersey and Italians in Italy.

From what they told me that, these Turkish people in Germany, emigrated to Germany in 1960's from mountain-side towns, region-wise close to Iran. Almost none emigrated to Germany from big cities. They were all from village, they were poor, therefore almost all of them didn't even graduate from middle school.

I live in germany and can say that there are many good looking turkish guys-They dress well and do fitness.
