This reads like another Aziz type situation, but he didn't mess up on his level, this was a normal swing and a miss that happens to us all, this is more nefarious allegations done by women to attack him at a crucial time. This time it's the CTV instead some random junk blogspam site.

He should have stuck to his guns and gone on the offensive.

Political conservatives of the western world surrendered on sexual-harrassment/metoo bullshit a long time ago. And the few who did stand firm--guys like Roy Moore, etc--were shivved by the credulous white knights, and the clueless and shortsighted faggots in their respective party apparatus.

And now we are seeing the results. Any insufficiently leftist candidate will be targeted and felled by allegations. This is all the more ridiculous because avoiding this outcome was fairly easy---just fight back. That's it. If conservatives had stood by accused candidates (excepting demonstrable cases of lawbreaking) and counterattacked, they would have politicized the MeToo movement and thus discredited it as the radical leftist tool that it is. But because they are cucks and weak-willed chumps they handed the radicals a cant-miss weapon of political & personal destruction.

I'll say the same thing I said with Roy Moore: "technically legal" or not, don't hit up an 18-year-old you met on a flight on Facebook if your reputation matters. Don't take high school girls home. Don't take your drunk summer intern to sit on your bed, and don't send her smiley-face emojis about being your "favorite". Don't try to leverage her job into getting her to travel with you.

Have the basic red pill awareness to understand when people don't really like you and are just playing along for personal gain. If you give them a gun, they'll hold you hostage with it later.

Damn dude, I am 42 and currently have a 19 year old and 22 year old that I am dealing with. I have not had sex with either of them but I am texting them-So no government job for me? I am not from Canada , but the age of consent is 18 right? This dude is not married and has no kids right? So he did what exactly that is so damning?

While it's entirely possible that the supporting evidence is fake or that it's being misconstrued, that's a set of facts not in evidence. By far the most likely scenario here is that he botched a clumsy advance on a subordinate who was trying to leverage her looks and youth to get paid off without putting out.

If she didn't want to bang him, trying to get her a job (and, apparently, an all-expenses paid trip to India) to negotiate with her over it was a typical gameless beta move. Clinton banged out Miss America 1982, and this guy's handing out cash prizes to broke students.
