As a local , I need to verify some things:

And most international people come from Morroco, Congo , Turkey, Syria and other african countries. ( That are really the international people i'm hoping for coming to my country). Heh - Scotian - field hockey is gay, but our school had only limited sports I was good at - with my hands.

And the funny part is that I loved playing field hockey while everyone hated playing against or with me. I took shots from the middle of the field and everyone including the goalie were jumping away in terror. Back then I was training 4 hours daily doing serves and attaining great speed - with mostly crappy consistency I might add (lousy talent).

I've never encountered any of these issues and I've had really good receptiveness from every unattached Belgian girl I've met. I didn't think I do particularly well with Belgian girls, but I've clicked with them better than girls from France or the Netherlands themselves. I'm an Australian, but not white.

Haven't gotten the flag, but the closest I'd gotten to, I was cockblocked by logistics (made out with her without any effort whatsoever after a couple of hours) — Flemish 7.5 flight attendant.

I should add that I came across all of them outside Belgium, in rather large party locations. I haven't actually tried gaming Belgians in their country.

JWLZG off course you're Australian. You come in the category of the good foreigners, together with the Brazilians. Spursfan elaborated on this as well, but basically Belgians are pretty racist. We have a lot of immigrants from Africa, Middle East, former Sovjet republics so anyone from these regions will have a hard time. Latinos will generally have a hard time because they are smaller physically and sometimes can be confused with Moroccans. Americans might not get a great advantage, because of international politics and a bit because of clothing style (euro vs US style). Asians will also have a hard time.

That leaves: taller Latinos, mostly Brazilians and Argentinians who can clean up here. Australians as well since they are generally tall and athletic and from a Western country. Scandinavians are good, the Swiss, Austrians, Canadians, Germans etc. Somewhat OK are southern Europeans, they might have an advantage because of looks, but sometimes a disadvantage because of height and generalisations on their countries. Macho Italians, Spanish etc. Poor Greeks.

I spent a bit of time in Antwerp, Belgium when I first started traveling for work and I didn't find the girls any harder than German girls just honestly about the same.

Speaking strictly in terms of ROI you are better off spending time in the Netherlands. I find Dutch girls much better looking and more open.

I have moved my second home base outside of Germany from Belgium to the Netherlands. Hot girls can be found there but they are just too far and few between to make it worth it.

Maybe it's because I only traveled to 20+ countries, I don't know. But for one I like the diversity in looks of Belgian chicks. Not multiculturally speaking, but centuries of mixed Nordic, Germanic and Roman influences has served our country well. You can find stunning blondes, stunning brunettes, stunning redheads, stunning whatevers here if you keep your eyes open. Do you find more stunners of a certain type in let's say Ukraine, Russia or Colombia? Definitely, but they are also countries with plenty more inhabitants and a more stereotypical look.

And yes, Belgian girls are family oriented, but where aren't they. Isn't that the true biological nature of women?

I will give you the diversity, you are right about that. Not only because of multiculturalism but also generally in Belgians, different hair colours, different colour of eyes etc. However, I find a girl that is stunning extremely rare in Belgium, and in Antwerp as well, I've went out many many times there and at times without seeing even one girl that I would consider beautiful. The south side of the city has more, but then you have to deal with an extremely stuck up attitude most likely. Tell me how much luck have you had cold approaching girls in Antwerp? In daytime or nighttime.

It's a difference in type as well I'm sure, but for me, percentage wise the amount of beautiful women in Belgium is in the bottom of Europe. The highest frequency of nice girls btw I don't find in Antwerp, but in Limburg (Hasselt, Genk, etc.). Holland has more as well and the advantage is that they are more open socially there. I don't think any Belgian guy disagrees on that.

And yes they are family oriented, that's a good thing, but not for a guy looking to have fun. The travelling types here won't see any advantage in that.

Belgium is a relatively new country (founded in 1830, if I remember corectly) so who is really belgian: those of dutch descent, those of french descent, those of german descent? Whatever, I don't see why her race is a problem, especially taking intro account the different backgrounds of the people that live there. The only problem is that she is plain looking indeed.

Belgium is a relatively new country, but a very old nation, much like Italy and Germany. The girls in Belgium are not bad, for there's fewer fatties than in the UK, the Belgian posters it's mostly a case of the grass being greener, and because generally speaking, theirs is a self-deprecating nationalism, unlike all the great countries around them (Germany, Holland, France and the UK), which have had a history as superpowers.

Belgian women have very good cooking skills, they run circles around the rest of Europe (with the exception of France, Italy, Iberia and Greece). Belgium has the best cuisine among all Germanic/northern European cultures, and the world's greatest beers and beer culture, by a wide margin. What's not to like.

I do agree with some of the positive points as well: best beer, great food and good cooking, less obesity than UK/US, all true. There is also self depreciating nationalism, Belgium might be one of the least nationalist countries in the world in fact. Only when the Red Devils play the people unite as Belgians.

And the girls well, besides what I said before, what they do have going for them is that they are quite loyal. I believe few Belgian girls cheat on their long term partners, less than in most other countries. Intelligence wise they are far from the worst as well. It is in their charisma and sexual identity that they are flawed, but you can't have everything.

For those wanting to visit Belgium, go in the summer and visit Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp. This can be done in 3 days, they are just hours apart. And get drunk on great beers the whole time and you will have a great time. Some nice festivals as well if thats your thing.

Lol, I was just gonna use this as an example confirming our self depreciating nationalism. I do agree that we unite as Belgians when they play, but even with the most talented stack of players we ever had we still manage to be so negative about the team. Almost no one here truly believes we can win the World Cup. Me neither, I still believe they're not talented enough and have posted about this more in detail in the World Cup thread. But give our players to England or Holland (and assume the latter actually did qualify ) and they would already be planning World Champion festivities in London and Amsterdam this summer.
