Good insight; thanks. By L word I think you mean "Love" right? When I say Ya Tibya Lublu early in the convo girls do seem very surprised that I would use such a phrase so lightly; when I don't really mean it. That being said, I think it helps more than hurts as it adds a playful element to the conversation. I might follow up with lets get married and move to america. Yeah I saw that more women than men thing was because life expectancy of women was much longer than men; and men had got killed off in old conflicts; so it doesn't affect us picking up girls because we are still competing with younger men.

Exactly, and this can be explained by the hardships and male deaths from the soviet times. So yeah, tons of surplus post wall women in FSU. But no country has a female surplus under 30.

You just proved my main point Sir. It brought validity to who I said I was because most had never met a Californian. It's a combination of Siberia (so they are a bit less snobby) and the fact that Irkutsk is considered a bit more sophisticated for that area, but the local economy sucks. The girls are cute and bored, and the available men are poor drunks. But it might just be a matter of taste...I hate girls that wear a lot of makeup and try to be model thin. Give me a sweet non-feminist 20 year old college student any day.
