I think your assumptions are wrong. The best jobs for pulling are the ones that bring you into contact with a lot of women that you're not working with: public-facing sales, DJ, personal trainer, etc. Bonus points if the job involves talking and/or sales.

Lawyers, doctors, etc., are working long hours in environments with feminist-controlled HR departments. One false move and blammo. If you're a natural alpha, then it's shooting fish in a barrel. Lesser mortals have to tread with care.

If you're trying to impress gold diggers and/or get the status boost from being associated with a profession, just lie and say you're going to law school or taking the year off to make some money before you take your MCATs.

As a lawyer I can confirm that it is really of no help in and of itself. I work long hours, hardly interact with eligible women in the course of work and even if I did, would not really be in a position to pursue them.
Handsome alpha lawyer (even relatively low earning one) with top-level game = "OMG! He is a lawyer... that's so hot"
Ugly beta (but rich) lawyer = "Ewww, get away from me" or beta cuck.

A university professor making 70k may be bringing a different environment to the table, but the McDonald's franchise owner who make 1 mio. $ /year will still be more interesting. I saw posters commenting on doctors. I'd be more nuanced, as it all depends on the context, location and if we're talking about short-term goals or finding a quality woman.

Going out solo at night and saying that you're a physcian will not be a game changer obviously. The unemployed and similar looking guy with game can do better.

If you're working for example let's say in a university hospital as a doctor, you have access to a large number women from 20 y.o and up who are nursing students, nurses, medical students, dieteticians, nurse aides, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, etc. Who do you think will get laid the most regarding the options at the hospital? - Most are old and married. And fat.
