I live in a small town (about 6000 people) and there are a few of them.

Those who come knocking at my door are an older woman and her husband. I clearly told them I am atheist and they respect that fact. The husband likes ancient history related to the Bible. Because I have reproductions of a Gladius and an Gallic Roman Helmet, he asked me once if he could have a picture of him with them.

I clearly do not adhere to their cult, but I think there are sometimes very interesting articles in their magazine. Put the "God Part" on the side, and this one, "Can You Trust the News Media?" is interesting. If I was still a High School teacher, I would use it in class to teach students how to deal with the Media. Here's the link :

I've talked with them a few times and they're always nice kids. I read the magazine they give you... It's fairly red pill. Eat well, work out, don't smoke or drink and marry young. Too bad they get weird if you show up to their church. In the end I despise them for their disdain toward patriotism and veterans.

I had two Jehovah witness girls knock on my door and I answered the door with no shirt and a towel on because I just got out of the shower. Im all moist,and steamy with a six pack.

They were so uncomfortable it wasn't even funny. I just played polite and acted like everything was normal because my parents are witnesses so I'm always respectful even if I think it's dumb. I was probably extra polite because I was hungover but I didn't want to take that out on them or seem pissed.


She came back with her dad when I wasn't home to try and convert me and this dude was not happy about it to say the least. But what the fuck do you expect knocking on strangers doors at noon on a weekend?

A polite "im aware but don't care" attitude is how I deal with the witnesses. Swift easy and no more hearing about their "truth".
