Ok guys, you all know that when you bang a couple times in a day or a couple of days straight your load and sensitivity both decrease. Anybody taking any supplements that help combat this?

I read a comment by somebody in amazon.com who swears by a mix of saw palmetto and maca.

I've also read some good reviews about L-arginine.

I've used yohimbine in the past with real good results, but the stimulant effect is so strong that I feel weird when I take it. I left it alone.

150mg of zinc + Maca root + Swedish flower pollen extract + LOTS of celery + high water intake everyday should provide with massive loads. And if your loads are watery, add in 3-10grams of lecithin granules to your daily supplement for a thicker jizz bomb.

L-arginine contains nitric oxide which gives you erections. I've taken L-arginine for other effects it has on the muscles when you're working out, and can confirm it does cause your dick to get harder, more frequently.

FilMor is right about Lecithin. I used to take it as a supplement for other reasons, but it had a definite impact on the loads I would shoot. Porn stars used to take it to increase the size of their loads.

Are these the kinds of supplements you can pick up at the local CVS... or do you have to find them online or at specialty stores?

The Swedish and lecithin supplements are new to me! Is there a supp you know of that combines the stuff you mentioned or do they need to be purchased separately? Besides the celery of course...

Also, do they need to be taken every day to be effective?

You should be able to pick it all up at your local Vitamin Shoppe but might get better deals online.

Where do you guys recommend buying this stuff?

Just curious, what's the big deal about having massive loads? I can see if you are in porn doing facial scenes but if you are having regular sex all a massive load does is improve your chance of knocking her up.

I took these supplements for targeted health reasons...the loads and increased hard-ons were just a nice side effect.

I usually buy at Vitamin Shoppe or Amazon. If same price, I go VS because they have points which actually do give you a decent rebate at the end of the year.

I notice that when my loads are bigger, there's more intensity when I bust. I don't know about other dudes, but the only time I bust real good nuts is when I haven't had sex for a couple days. I wanna bust good ones every time if possible!

Not sure about the increased chance of a knock up, but you could be right....

I can definitely vouch for the fact that lecithin granules double or tripled my loads. Its fun to watch the surprise on girls' faces when they try to swallow it all!

I take two tables spoons a day in my morning smoothie. Its about 6 bucks a month from vitacost.

Maca and horny goat weed increase your libido, I haven't noticed much effect other than that.

When I used to juice veggies, organic celery would make me hard all day. Organic is 2x to 3x more potent than regular, and sometimes too much celery juice would give me a headache.

Will try L-arginine.

I actually recently got a supplement called folsac and I definitely noticed my loads were bigger haha. On another note, whenever I jack off or have sex very frequently (1-3 times a day) I notice that my body will be used to producing lots of semen, so if I then wait a few days i'll shoot a huge load.

Maca is probably better for libido, ymmv. I started taking lecithin because I was not able to shoot a 2d load.
