I'm 5'5. When I wear my construction boots, I'm 5'7. Some women are simply not attracted to short men, which is fine. I am not attracted to fat women, and that's my choice.

Though I do find it funny that when men are open about not being into fat women "that's so sexist" and "you should be more open minded."

Yet women can openly and freely talk about just how horribly unattractive short men are.

What's worse is that fat is a lifestyle.

Short? I didn't choose to be short, and I can't fix it.

I find that for the most part, I have trouble landing and keeping short girls.

My ideal is a short girl, about 5'1 or 5'2, with a little bit of meat on the bones (but not fat).

Not into the Crossfit women, beach bodies, or runners. I want a little spinner who I can also titty fuck.

Unfortunately, I've found that they usually want a 6'0 guy.

My easiest lays tend to be my own height - 5'5. I've found women in that height range don't really care if a guy is a little tall or a little short.

I'm 6'3 in my head. I basically act like it doesn't exist.

However, I'm just not very attracted to taller girls.

My last main was cute, sucked cock at the drop of a dime, and treated me like a king. But man, I couldn't get over the fact that she was taller than me.

Being short is a relative term, you're only "short" if someone else is taller than you.

So by staying in the West, you actually are choosing to be short.

In many countries in the East, you'd be at least average height.

So in a way, by choosing to stay in the West, you are choosing to be short, and you can "fix" it, it would be a lot of hard work, but location independence would "fix" it.

I became location independent and I'm about 6' or 6'1", if I was 5'5", I'd probably have become location independent much, much sooner.

Just saying.

You only live once, and even though you say you see yourself as 6'3" or whatnot, your posts seem to hint otherwise.

On the other hand, height's only one of many factors in life, and you've probably got other priorities to focus on.

The void is always filled by something new and exciting:

First it was phone chats/video profiles, then chatrooms, then dating websites, and now dating apps.

There's always going to be another app or thing that people will gravitate to.

Obviously, yes, online dating is very saturated.

A societal decline has been taking effect the last decade, as far as financial ? Well only time will tell.

I can't stand online dating anymore. Even if you have lots of matches, aren't you guys tired with this back and forth? I cant hear the sentence: "I'm not gonna give you my number so fast.." and after 20min joking around in the Tinder chat, we can change to WhatsApp. It's so silly. Deleted all the Apps and now I'm forced to do day game or wanking at home.

I agree, it can be a time suck - BUT depends on how you filter.

Once you've got enough girls banged from online you can pretty much tell if a convo is going somewhere or not.

How to deal with the "number" line, or any of that other shit.

My back and forth can be 4 exchanges, with a good reason to convert to a number, I don't mess with girls who ask for snap/ig/whats app/kik - they aren't worth the squeeze.

The only time I'm really talking to a girl on the app is if I'm taking a shit, at lunch, or the commute, it's not a real time suck.

If it makes you shorter guys feel any better - I'm a legit 6'3 and am decent enough looking (in shape, well dressed) that I've dated plenty of attractive girls before. I'm in the Washington DC area where the talent is lacking. I've changed my age to 35 so increase the age range(from 40). I've been on and off tinder for the last couple years - and have literally not gotten 1 date w/an attractive girl from tinder. Have been out w/2 girls from bumble that were attractive, dateable girls - one I dated for a few months. Thats in like 2 years. I'm pretty picky about who I match with, but the notion that the 6'3 guys are just cleaning up isnt true, and online in general is very difficult for most guys regardless of height. I'm at the point where I'm considering starting an Instagram page as an alternative to the other online dating sites because they are so weak.

So many girls are just gaming tinder for attention and validation. If they don't want to give out the number, just move on. There are plenty of girls on there that are still DTF, you just have to punch through the timewasters to find them. This strategy has netted me lots of numbers, dates, and bangs.

It's alot like day game in a sense. Paul Janka used to say that he would quickly bail on an approach if it isn't going in the right direction. Save time and keep it moving, I believe that applies to tinder as well. Hopefully you have plenty of matches so these wafflers won't bother you.

Things have definitely changed over the past few years. I started on Tinder Q4 2013/Q1 2014 and it was relatively simple to get a match with an attractive girl. It was still "newish" to people - there was anonymity and it made dating online acceptable.

After girls realized they can link their instagrams and have the attention of hundreds if not thousands of guys at all times - it became a lot more difficult and a lot less anonymous.

I would consider myself above average looking, in decent shape, and I'm 6' (I'm not super photogenic though.)

When I came back around to it again in 2015 and really tried to use the app again - the level of difficulty to get a woman out or even her number drastically increased. But my male friends who are extremely photogenic still did decently -at least match wise. The girls who I get looks from in public wouldn't even think to swipe right on me on Tinder -it acts like a barrier more than a bridge.

I think that the 'height' issue has crept into this thread due to the fact that height is easily the #1 disqualifier you'll run into online.

An ordeal surely appropriate for a thread of its own, but for now, I'll briefly chime in with a very recent story of how one of my best friends had to dump his 1st girlfriend after enduring a several hour-long crying jag from her - the predominant theme of such being how horrified she found herself to be at the prospect of them having short children. They're both around 5' 5".

I'm sure he'd like to find some way to piece it back together, but I urged him to dump her. Either way, at that point, it was done with.

I am mostly about club game in Eastern Europe . I regularly go out. And it seems - there are periods when they fuck and the periods, when they don't. And this is definitely an empty period - and for some friends of mine ( they are much younger than me, experienced club gamers) it's the same. I won't lie, 80% of my bangs in the last six months have been from Online Dating sites. 2 from POF, 1 Bumble and 2 CoffeMeetsbagle.

I've been doing great with apps. Currently have 1 excellent pro photo that suits my personality and 3 solid regular photos. I go fairly direct and grab their digits usually after only 3-4 exchanges. Your photos are vital- and I've seen a discernible increase in matches and actually getting women out since augmenting my photo game.

Tinder has definitely gone downhill, but I've had luck via other avenues (primarily CMB, Happn, Bumble, and most recently Hinge). I feel Bumble has been strongest since September (also coincides with when I got my pro photo). It also probably helps that I'm in a major city.

Okc is completely dead as in less then 20 online chicks in some 2nd tier major cities. It's all migrated to tinder with the few countries being whatever local dating app.

One thing as a non 6 footer that is a major plus is tinder doesn't have height as a selector.

If your aiming for ONS or bust doesn't matter if your 5'9 or 6'2 . If you have good game, the rest will take care of itself. It's all about getting the first meetup. The rest is up to you.

Pretty much. If a girl balks at the # request and counter offers with her snapchat/ig/whatever, it's dead in the water. Bitches use these dating apps to accrue more followers on there. If I get a match and see they've included their IG or snap info in their profile, it's pretty much a huge red flag.
