Since relocating from USA to Austria i've noticed some positive developments in my daily life including one below. First thing as most of you know Germans, Austrians, and to a lesser extent French are very liberal with public nudity and you see nudity in everything from prime-time tv to subway advertisements to prevalence of topless sunbathers in parks. I remember back in September when it was still somewhat warm I was even noticing nude areas by Danube river in Vienna while jogging and biking. I would see naked Yoga, couples skinny dipping in the river, and of course the usual groups of old people sunbathing naked.

However, coming from conservative USA I was not prepared for the gym culture. After joining an expensive gym here I realised that the saunas are all co-ed. First couple times I would come in with my swimming trunks and be stared at so I had to start going buck-naked as well. Although 90% of the patrons in these saunas tend to be guys, including a large share of gay guys, believe it or not that hot chick who'd be on the treadmill next to me and whose ass i'd be checking out while doing dips later on ends up sitting completely naked in the sauna next to me. This has happened on multiple occasions. Although you'd think that this would be a great development most of the time these chicks who come into the gym sauna end up covering themselves somewhat with their hands and usually people do not talk at all in the sauna here. Although I try to gauge body language and smile these small acts are usually not reciprocated and a "Servus" or "Gruss Gott" (typical greetings in Austria) by me are usually met with a polite hello and then ackward silence. I must admit that I am not shredded or particularly muscular although I lift a lot my diet is not good so perhaps that is why I am self-conscious in these situations and do not game harder.
Have any of you guys been in similar situations and how to open up the opposite sex when they are naked? Or is it not normal to do this and I should be completely quiet?

Do not game in a sauna, while girls are naked . In Austria the #metoo movement is in full force at the moment. Just today a high level left wing politician had to retire because he touched a girl in 2013 while he was totally wasted. If you start gaming girls while they are naked it could get you in trouble. Better game them in the quiet area in front of the sauna while they are still covered with a towel or a bathrobe.

I will never understand nudism. It strikes me as very gynocentric as far as it demands limits on male arousal. It reminds me of the absurdity of the shower scene in Starship Troopers. If we get to this sort of world then men will probably all be impotent from training themselves to suppress their urges. Don't participate in this.

This would be challenging to say the least, best avoided methinks.

Is it me, or would anyone else think a woman that jumps nude into a sauna with half a dozen blokes is a bit of a red flag?

I would assume the only way to game in such a situation is by completely ignoring her beauty and speaking to her like you don't even notice her nudity. Proceed to have a normal conversation, at most tease her lightly, and at most suggest doing something together later on in a nonchalant way.

Definitely not for beginners!

I've been to a clothing optional spa and sex club where people mingle while wearing a towel or nothing at all. Gaming is very tricky, since extra personal space is expected and kino is impossible without explicit consent. As you'd expect, successful approaches are either very direct or totally indirect. Generally you can make eye contact and say hello, then gauge the interest level and continue with casual chitchat from there. Come off as the slightest bit thirsty or overly persistent and you're done.

In a public sauna I'd suspect gaming would be very dangerous.

I still haven't come up with the courage to hit on any girls in my Austrian gym spa. It is frustrating because I say hello, they say it back but then there is just empty silence. I almost think of following one of these naked girls out of the Sauna when they are done and are lounging a the foldable chairs in their towels, though I suspect that would be seen as being creepy from my end.

Also, another thing I've noticed is that these sauna's are attracting some questionable characters. Today a guy was lounging right outside the sauna and "staring" everyone out going in and out. He may have been gay but either way it ruins the mood for game....

Well, the good thing is that most of the "refugees" could never afford one of these fancy €100/month+ gyms and would probably be warned if they tried to misbehave or have their memberships revoked immediately, so no issue.

Anyways, today was an "eye-opener" literally. There is a chick in my gym who basically looks like a white version of Serena Williams, very athletic and curves in all the right places. She is probably 38-27-40 ( breasts, stomach, thighs) ratio and in her 30's. I'd be lying if i didn't say i have fantasized about her a bit during my workouts. Just to give you something to compare, I saw her running at fast speed for around 40 minutes on treadmill and then after that doing squats with around 135 pounds on Smith machine while wearing tight Yoga pants. Alas, our times rarely match and she tends to be in the cardio/squat area while I usually tend to be in the free weights area.
I had a good 1.5 hour workout today and closed the gym down. To cool off went to the co-ed sauna as usual. Today I figured I'd pick the dry "Finnish" sauna. I open the door and to my surprise the same chick is there, basically spread eagle, lying completely naked on the towel. I never realized just how how these Serena Williams types can be. They all wear a sports bra while working out but now this chick had her massive tits literally hanging to the sides.
There was another skinny guy on other side of sauna "vegitating" and covered up with a towel. Of course yours truly sat down next to this brunette hottie, took towel off and greeted her with a "Hallo". She answered the same and a minute later asked if she could turn the heat on in the sauna by pouring some water. (mind you it was already unbearably hot at around 65c). I said OK, she proceeds to pour water and go's back to lying on her towel. I see her massive ass plop down only a couple feet from my head and I can barely relax.
All the while the other guy in the sauna keeps meditating... (how the heck is he not checking her out)

At this point I tell myself that as soon as the other guy leaves I'm gonna ask this chick how her day was. Alas, a minute later she covers herself up with the towel and leaves.

Another blown opportunity. I gotta tell you guys though, that nothing motivates oneself more to hit the weights when spending 10-15 minutes in a sauna with naked hot chicks. I know I may sound like a horny bastard but it is a nice way to finish a long work day. Now if I could only somehow continue a conversation without it just ending with a hello and somehow get those magic digits i'd be so happy...(to be continued)

I think the best strategy is to approach them first either in the gym (in between sets) or the lounge area (where the reception and bar is). Much easier to strike up a conversation there. If you then see them later in the sauna, they will already know you and it will be less weird to talk to them when you are both naked.

It might also help a bit to learn how to do a proper "Aufguss" (pouring water on the sauna oven and then using the towel to distribute the hot air). Some people are really good at that and it's almost impossible for them to not get involved in some smalltalk with the other people in the sauna because their Aufguss was that good. But if 65c is already unbearable for you, this might not be the best idea.

Interesting thread. I've been to these spa's, and its probably one of the most heterosexual and homosexual things that you can do - at the same time. Heterosexual: because what man wouldn't love to be naked with attractive women. Homosexual: because you are not allowed to talk with these women, while you are naked together (you could gamble, but talk with the wrong woman, and you risk getting thrown out and banned).

Some things have my attention.

Don't worry about your looks in the gym. There will always be someone better build, younger, more muscular, etc etc. It should not stop your from starting contacts now.

Don't worry about the nudity. In my option a very sexy outfit ( the thight shorts where you can see the string) is more revealing then when you see it all. And don't worry about the boner, you can always cover up with a towel, and sometimes it happens. Unless you Show it arround, you will not be trown out of the facility, the staff is just as shy as the other visiters.

Did you ever see "adam zkt eva", a dating show from the netherlands, undressed on a tropical island? Unblurred You see, after the initial stare down, everything is the same. same game. Unless your game is a lot of touching, don't worry about #meetoo, or #meetoo needs it s own kind of discussion here.

Drop something on the floor. I suggest you keep a cheap metal ring or a silver dollar that will make a noticeable ping and rolling sound when you "accidentally" drop it off your finger onto the floor. Most people, even extremely hot women, are curious when they hear something drop and roll around. Instead of coming across as creepy or pushy you come across as slightly bumbling or distracted, requiring her attention. She may laugh a little at your expense but help you look for it - not seeing your true wolf like nature. Women like to be amused, most people want to be helpful, but few want to feel preyed upon. Shows more intelligence and creativity than "Hi, what's your sign, come here often?" I drop things a lot.

They're beeing naked I wouldn't know how to game. I've seen that dutch show 'naked on the beach' or something. Seems awfull, you should only take the 'leaf' if you're going to use the flower.
