Thoughts I agree with in this thread:

-These cops are idiots to do something like this, never shit where you eat.

-Never fuck around on the job and always be a professional.

-This thot is a hoe and the thirst is real for the cops.

-She let herself get tricked out so she could get out of being arrested.

Summary: These cops are fucking idiots, this girl is a hoe, never do shit like this while being a public servant. You're in a position of honor, respect, trust, service, and protector. (Unfortunately it's not like this nowadays)

I’m sure the thot was as giddy as can be after being cuffed and tag teamed by two cops. I can’t say they deserve jail time since their real crime is being stupid. A google search on their names will turn up this story forever. My observation on the NYPD is that when you have a department that large, with 100k officers, it’s impossible to not have your force be an almost perfect cross section of society. There are more than a few dumb fucks and low level deviants on the force. The one and only time I was in the city what I saw is that for every cop who looked like he took his job seriously and had pride in his uniform, I’d see two more who were morbidly obese (how can you be morbidly obese on foot patrol?) diversity hires of the lowest common denominator who may only speak English as a second language. People who gave zero fucks and were just mailing it in. People who became cops because they felt that being mail carriers was too physically demanding.

These two guys are just dumb fucks. Not criminals.

They say she was raped while in handcuffs. If true, when at the hospital they would have noticed red marks or bruises on the wrist and most likely taken photographs. I suspect this is amateur lie number one - she wasn't in cuffs.

Regardless the cops are utter dumbasses for doing anything sexual with a suspect even if she offers and is 100% willing in exchange for a get out of jail free card. Since there was actual sexual contact based on DNA evidence, they will never work in law enforcement again even if acquitted.

As for why did she report it - are you kidding? Free publicity and a jump start on her porno/escort/Dubai porta-potty bankroll.

I don't think consent matters here. It's even a more extreme case of having sex with your secretary. It can be consentual but a sexual harassment lawsuit is incoming and your defense is weak.

This is even worse. The girl is handcuffed. They might get reduced sentence but I doubt it is less than 7-10 years.

This is a really stupid thing to do and might have happened because they saw other offices get away with other stuff that is easier to hide/get away with.
