I'm stuck in Afghanistan with nothing but internet game to run. I have been cruising a few different web sites with mixed results. I was wondering if there are certain things I could put in my profiles to help? Also I have had a lot of feeback just from sending 'Hey how are you?' messages and going from there. Should I mix that up with something else? Thanks.

@GMAC- I'll read through that thread this evening and hit you up with some questions. My online skills sucks, to the point of being embarrassing. The only thing going for me is an interesting pic which gets a lot of attention. I am getting a lot of responses from last night in the Latina community by emailing them in Spanish though. This is frustrating.

Ok. I read that thread and it didn't help. I've never failed at anything so miserably. Online game is GAY. Or I'm retarded. I am getting good responses from Latinas in the ATL, but mi Espanol sux. One girl actually responded that she couldn't understand what I said. How embarassing is that? One girl replied in Portuguese. WTF?

Should I open in Spanish then switch to English?

I have been writting a simple message on tagged.com (because you just click yes or no on pics) saying 'hola how are you?'.... girls that only know spanish usually reply back to me in spanish and I use a translation engine to talk with them. other girls just respond in english. I really hate online game. Cant wait to get back to Germany....

GMAC-How many messages do you go through before pushing for a number? After about 5 message chicks start falling off. Can you give an example of one of your typical successes?

Dont bother with getting the number. Turns most girls off, at least in my experience. Talk her up a bit, set a date. If you do it right they usually give you their number outright without any asking.

Also, pictures seem to play a big part in the whole online game thing. The right one sends the hamster into overdrive and gets you LOTS of attention.

I don't ask for numbers. I make the connection by my 3rd message, push for the date, then give my number after they accept.
