I was at two bars tonight, both of which attract an older crowd. There were far fewer makeouts happening than at bars that attract a younger crowd.

In your experience, do venues that with an older (30+) crowd have fewer makeouts than a bar with a younger crowd?

I rarely see people making out at bars in general. Maybe once or twice a year.

I think with older women its easier to do things privately, harder publicly.

Weird. I see at least a half dozen makeouts happening at bars and clubs in my city all the time.

100% yes, they are hesitant because they have more social capital usually and are cautious about acting that way in public.

You have to bounce them from such a venue to a private place such as your home or theirs.

They ain't big on public displays of affection usually due to (and not limited to):

- their group -> what will they think
- your age
- setting and environment
- past scarring from relationships
- general lower self-esteem from being sitting on the shelf for longer than comfortable with

Change the environment and tinker with the variables. Their affectionate side will come out.

Yes of course.

I can't remember the last time I saw a couple mid 30's+ making out in public to any great extent besides in Latin America, and even then not really.

Besides what Noir mentioned, people of this age simply don't have anywhere near the raging hormones of younger guys and girls, or at least not in the same way.

The flip side to that - and one benefit with women of that age - is that instead sloppy tongue action in front of crowds you can whisper in her ear and then fuck her in your car. Whereas "makeouts" with young girls in venues often go nowhere.

As an older man, there is something "juvenile" about public making out. Most public making out is drunken and disorderly behaviour any way.

Why would an older woman who has likely experienced a lot of private congress need or want to regress to public or semi-public (inside cars) light or heavy petting unless she's got some sort of exhibitionist fetish?

This is not true in most of Europe, especially eastern europe and France

Probably... make sure shes comfortable wherever u are... older women give up quickly
