Im in a dorm that is a 20 minute walk. The problem is that girls from all different schools come to the frat making it hard to bring a girl to a different school. I would live in the house but it is very dirty and gets trashed during partys.

Just finished my first year in college! Highly recommend joining a fraternity as it boosts your social standing and makes college way more fun. Being in the fraternity really boosted my self confidence and helped me become a much more social person. I learned how to game girls when I'm drunk in a party or at the club, probably hooked up with 20 chicks all 7s and up. I brought a very attractive girl to formal and if leagues mattered she would be out of my league. We had a lot of fun at formal, but I got cock blocked really badly and ended up loosing the opportunity to fuck her. After formal I found out she likes me and wanted to talk past formal. For this girl, I take it you aren't living near each other over the summer break. You'll have to text her in that case - check the 'What to text next' thread if you're stuck - or call her if you're better at that. Since you are interested in dating this girl, if you have a chance to see each other over the break go for it.

Brought her to dinner and have been hanging out with her all week. Probably going to keep seeing her and maybe eventually date as she is defiantly girlfriend quality.
