Playboy has been a dead brand for some time now. As a magazine, its circulation numbers are negligible. Given their drastic change of style & tone in the last few years — and their sexless, non-nude "models" — I'd be surprised if this were in fact the first tranny they've featured.

It's a desperate attempt for some fast publicity which will only serve to further bury the brand.

Whatever politically correct bromides people may mouth, most men and women find trannyism disgusting.

Men have been gay and bisexual for thousands of years. But we've only had shemales forced upon us recently.
