As they start to promote transgenderism to younger and younger kids in school and confuse more and more little boys into thinking they are females. The harder it will get to tell the difference, some can look and talk more feminine than real born females. Specially if they started them on hormone replacement therapy years before puberty to avoid most masculine features.

As far as transgender surgery those vaginas aren't self-lubricating and might grow some hair on the inside and any noticeable scars can be an obvious telltale sign that it's not the real thing. But unfortunately, just recently this year doctors have found a new surgical procedure to at least tackle the self-lubricating problem but I'm not sure about the hair issue. They will continue to perfect such surgeries.
