REQ will rise above ICO again. I'm almost in the green now by DCAing my way down when this dropped to 3 cents. Hopefully we never see those prices again.

From what I have seen lately, most of the ICOs are scam... with very few exceptions.

If you still trust ICOs, please elaborate why

Considering there are literally more than 1500 ICOs and more than 1200 different cryptocurrencies, I wonder actually what stops you from launching your own?
